Cafe Culture in Conwy

Visited the cafe for the first time today.Lovely,spacious cafe .Fab menu to choose from .I had jacket potato,with tuna mayo and salad .It was the biggest potato I have ever had and the tuna was served with a wedge of lemon.Which I thought was a nice touch.The young lady who served me,Lesley had excellent customer service skills.It was a lovely experience and I will be visiting again soon .Toilets were up several flights of stairs which I find a lot of Llandudno cafes are .Only negative point was I thought it was expensive £27:20 for 2 jacket pots and a coffee and a diet coke but I will visit again👍

Worst cafe ever been. Avoid avoid avoid!!! Food tasted like it’s been cooked week ago and put in microwave. I was a bit wary when they took money before serving the food, now i know why because no one would pay for that. If there was a 0 star rating it would still be too high

Called in for coffee and use of tiolet, entrance to toilet kept locked for customers only so I expected nice tiolets at least , filthy , grubby in great need of refurbishment and cold coffee on top , will no be returning.

Very expensive food which I wouldn't mind if it was nice but the 3 cheese pannini had about the same amount of cheese I'd put on a cracker and the chips were not cooked properly . 8 quid for a kids meal (chips also not cooked properly on kids meals either ) again without even a drink for that price. Which is the most expensive kids meal I've ever come across. The staff were nice but wouldn't return seems very run down establishment to be charging such high prices

Stopped in on a cold windy day after visiting the Christmas market on our trip down from Scotland. Friendly staff, lovely warm tea room with an excellent selection of cakes & sweet treats. The menu has something to suit everyone from main meals to quick snacks. We had the best hazelnut hot chocolate I've ever had along with a fruit scone, jam & cream, delicious. If we make a return trip, I'll definitely be back here 😊 5⭐

This seemed to be a nice place from the outside but it's really run down which is such a shame as its in a perfect spot. I wanted to go in to support local business rather than a national chain cafe. Everything felt old and grubby. The coffee was OK but cost the same as a chain café. There was a nice selection of cakes but no prices on the display.Cutlery and sugar had to be asked for which was weird. Toilets were locked so you had to ask to use them but they were upstairs and filthy. The seats were falling of and the dirt and smell was disgusting. I'm sure that this used to be such a nice place in its day but the owners need to spruce the place up a bit. On the plus side it has a 5 star hygiene rating which obviously only rates the kitchen and not the toilets. Plus the young girls were friendly and acommodating despite being rushed off of their feet but unfortunately didn't get time to wipe the table we were sitting at.

Stopped here for a bite to eat after riding on the Great Orme Tram, lots of tables inside butc we decided to sit outside and watch the world go by . Ordered 1 pot of tea and a coffee with a Pizza. Arrived very quickly, pot of tea held over 2 cups, Pizza was tasty and very hot. Very friendly staff.

The single star was for the friendly staff!!My heavily pregnant daughter needed a sit down and some lunch so the 4 of us decided to try this cafe out....wish we hadn't, my other half ordered the supremo breakfast and my daughter and her friend had a vegetarian breakfast each, I had chicken strips, 3 lattes and a peppermint tea...it totalled to just under £50!I had 3 chicken strips on a bed of lettuce with mayo dip, all the breakfasts were just running with grease, the vegetarian sausages couldn't even be cut and were solid, suffice to say the food was left.I did take a couple of pictures but unfortunately it just doesn't show the poor quality of the food. There was a piece of black pudding on the supremo breakfast that looked like someone had already taken a bite out of it! The beans were obviously kept on a warmer and were clumpy and dry, everything was deep fried apart from the solid fried eggs and the tomato halves.Definitely will not be going here again and wouldn't reccomend it to anyone!!

Lovely atmosphere, very welcoming staff. Food came fast and the portions were generous, would definitely visit again!

Not the greatest place.Cheese on toast was okay but chips that came with it were not real.Food took a good half hour to turn up.Toilets were up a grotty corridor, up stairs and then along another corridor... there was a door half way up the stairs ... wonder what's behind it ... Maybe haunted?Really annoyed that the kids garlic bread was the same price as the adults but half the portion !!!!
