Delicious coffee, warm and pleasant atmosphere well worth a visit.

My husband, who is trilingual, ordered a larger of the two options of a drink for me and was told “we don’t say large, we say double”. Customers don’t need to be schooled in your nomenclature, thanks. You knew exactly what he meant so should serve the drink. The barista was not friendly or jocular with this, and spoke as though she was flustered, so as soon as we’d finished our drinks we left. Friendly service costs you nothing to give but not giving it has cost you 4 customers who shan’t darken your door ever again.

A large mocha, a leather armchair and free Wi-Fi. What more does a teacher on half-term need?

2 chaps in here that served me & bro with lattes & T.Teacake were pleasant enough. Drinks good & hot, No problems.

Coffee great, hygiene could be improved. staff efficient and professional. Would make a difference if they smiled sometimes

There was a staff shortage when we visited today. One chap serving on his own bless him. He was doing a sterling job, service not suffered. Very happy.

Always busy, but a great place to watch the busy bees on Mostyn street. Sometimes a bit quiet in the seating area upstairs.

Great friendly staff. Very hard working. They are under a lot of pressure from serving so many customers but they do a brilliant job. The coffee is great and so are the cakes and rolls.

Apart from Nero is my favourite high street brand of coffee, I love this chain because they have good gluten free options on their menu. I've recently been diagnosed gluten intolerant and I do find it hard to find nice things to have from cafes.I tried their coconut and raspberry slice with my usual black coffee today and they ate delicious. Not at all heavy like some gluten free baked products.This is my first visit to this particular Nero. It is spacious, has two floors, is in a nice corner location on the main shopping street. Toilets on both floors too.The store offers free WiFi and they have a loyally scheme to collect a free cup of coffee.The young lady that served me was very friendly. I would definitely recommend.
