Rayner's is fabulous, great food & drinks and the staff are lovely and welcoming, we visited twice whilst on holiday, the first time we enjoyed the Welsh afternoon tea, delicious and fresh, so we just had to return a couple of days later for breakfast, absolutely lovely, we 100% recommend Rayner's, now we need to plan a trip back to sample more!

Good cake and coffees, staff excellent recognised potential issue for my family member and assisted accordingly. Nice feel and gentle atmosphere

The lady welcomed my elderly friend and me. My friend lives with dementia. The lady gave her a large cushion which helped with the height of the chair, and then moved the table to her. So thoughtful. And the cakes are to die for. Not cheap but gorgeous and well presented. Will definitely come again.

After visiting Radleys a week ago and having a pleasant experience , I decided to book a table for lunch with family for today.A pleasant welcome on a nice sunny day. However, as the entrance door was wide open, it was quite chilly so I asked if the door could be closed. There were elderly people with us. The very pleasant waitress did so without any problem. A few minutes later it was propped open again as it was too warm for the staff. Now, forgive me, but I feel as an obviously very old fashioned person, that the customer was the one to be put first. A member of our party again asked extremely politely if the door could be closed again and it was agreed and the person responsible thanked. Our hot drinks orders were taken and then after a while the menus were brought and orders placed. After some wait we were informed that a couple of items of sandwich filling were unavailable so other choices had to be made by a couple of our party. When we finally got our lunch it was very nice .After we received the bill and paid we were informed that we were the rudest of customers !To say we were taken aback is underestimating our reaction. We are certainly not rude people and certainly don't expect that reaction when all that was requested was requested politely .We are local to the area and as such will always throughout the year support the small businesses. Not just as tourists .I'm very upset and disappointed with the whole experience.

We called in to Rayners Patisserie last week on our way back from Llandudno. With the pandemic it's been a couple of years since we've been here.We love this gorgeous little coffee shop. The lady serving us was lovely. Very helpful and friendly. The coffee and cake was delicious. We can highly recommend this place and we will definitely be returning soon.

We visited this cafe today 30th Oct 2021.We were with my daughter and son in law and 2 grandchildren. I cannot fault this place. The young girl serving us was exceptional and made our visit very pleasant and food and coffee really good. They provided colouring books and crayons for the children which are 4 and 5 yrs old which is a lovely bonus for young children and were most accomodating with food for the children.Definitely recommend it .

Really looking forward to our overpriced cheesecake slices (taken out) and have to say that they were certainly not worth nearly £4 each. One was dried out and inedible, the other although looked nice did not reach expectation.
