Harbour View Cafe in Conwy

We just came back from a short holiday in Llandudno. My friend recommended this place, he grew up a few streets away - so we trusted he knew where the best place to go for a chippy was.This place is awesome, the fish was cooked to order and all I can say is that the fish, along with the chips, were perfection!If you are staying in Llandudno, or the surrounding area, it is well worth the short drive. We just parked up on the street near by and ate in the car although it looked like you could eat in too.

Only chippy to do large everything, very helpful smiley staff. Food was lush, large chunky fish in crispy batter, chips were lovely, homemade fruity large curry sauce 😋 large pea's. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

I’ve been going here since I was a knee high to a grasshopper, I’m now 65. And I still enjoy the fish and chips from there. I’m looking forward to pop in there next month for a fish supper before going I go into town for a show. Great food and great staff 👍👍👍👍. Yummy

Not one to leave a bad review but as a local I've tried the chippy 4 times now since reopening and have to say it's really not up to standard, the chips are greasy and discusting, every time! Will definitely not be returning again which is a shame as its in walking distance, really hope you can sort this problem out as there are quite afew reviews regarding the same issue so obviously a problem somewhere, would be a shame to see what was a thriving business go under over a simple matter!

Lovely food served here ! I ordered cod and chips and a burger for my child and I would highly recommend i will certainly be going back again in the near future! Also Well mannered and polite staff always a bonus

The best Chippy in town, possibly in the whole local area. The fish is cooked superbly as we’re the chips all as fresh as it gets and really good size meals. You couldn’t get any nicer staff always chatty with a smile, Especially Karina but all are so lovely. I highly recommend a visit! reasonable prices too and never a long wait for our food either!! It’s 5 * from us 😊 definitely worth popping in if you haven’t been before 👍🏼

1st time back here since the fire, & tbh we were worried that it might not be up to previous standards.Well we are very pleased to report that it is even better. Terrific chips, excellent thick meaty fish, and all served by 3 very pleasant and smiling ladies behind the counter.And the price was pretty good too!It's great to see our local Fish&Chip shop back with a bang!

My son and I stopped here after a day out in Wales. We fancied Fish and chips while sitting on Deganwy Beach. We had heard this was the best place to go. We were NOT disappointed. The girls were friendly and welcoming. The meal was quick, cooked in front of us. It was still hot after our 8 min drive to beach. The chips tasted like potatoes which is a good sign of a great chip. The gravy was tasty. The fish was huge, actually had a big piece of fish not just batter and was delicious. Will definitely go back there on our future travels.

Called in today as passing through with two young children. The food was fresh and really tasty and the portions were huge. Massive thanks for your amazing hospitality with the kids too, makes a juggling act a breeze when people are helpful and understanding. Try the fish and chips with the home made curry sauce, you won’t regret it. We will be back!👍👍👍

Lovely fish and chips. Very big bish portion beautifully cooked. I can say that I'd recommend and would visit again. It definitely ranks above most chippies in Llandudno.
