Hungry Horse - The Harbour in Conwy

Food has always been good here. Its our preferred place to go for a family meal now.Good choice of food and a decent atmosphere. Food always fresh and tastes good.. staff always friendly as well.Only ever had to send 1 thing back, and that was an over done steak that the chefs sorted another and it was no hassle at all. 100% recommend this one.

Went here with my family whilst on Holiday. Staff seemed friendly and drinks were quite cheap compared to most pubs however the food wasn’t up to much, the cheeseburger I had was tasteless, on the menu it said it came with onion but there was no onion on the burger. My niece had the kids pizza which didn’t look very nice, looked like one of those Chicago town microwave pizza’s you can get from Asda 😅Also none of the locks would work on the ladies cubicles. Would come here again but probably only for drinks and a light bite.

We visited The Harbour on three separate occasions, the facilities are adequate for accessibility and my wheelchair was able to get around without any problems. The first meal we had was on a quiet afternoon and was lovely and portion sizes a pleasant surprise and the stakes recieved high praise. The staff we encountered were largely friendly and food arrived quickly and hot. However on a busier visit some members of the group received food arrived a little longer and that was lukewarm at best, due to the excellent food of our first visit we decided to give the harbour another go on another evening, it was much busier than previous visits and this showed in waiting times, some staff were clearly flustered and the food would have been really nice if it wasn't lukewarm.

Great food had a full English was hot and tasty would use again if nearby

Decided to stop here as it was Hungry Horse.Walked in at 12pm and struggled to find a clean table to sit at.Staff were polite and well mannered.Drinks were brought to table and the food didn't take too long to follow.We had the Steak & Ale pie and the Mushroom pie. We can recommend them both.Nice crispy pastry and lots of leans chunks of steak in a delicious gravy. Said mushrooms and onion in the mushroom pie, didn't find any onion but it was very nice. 👍Unfortunately the cleanliness of the toilets was a little disappointing, cobwebs galore. And there was a layer of dust on some of the table supports.

The staff were very nice, we'd booked but arrived early and they fitted us in no problem, despite it being quite busy. Food was lovely and being a Greene King establishment, managed to order and pay via the app (which could do with a bit of tweaking). My only gripe is the inside could do with a lick of paint and the toilets need an overhaul. But overall the place is pretty good.

Nice place very busy and a couple of items had ran out but alternatives were offered. The staff were really good and worked hard clearing table quickly, considering how busy it was the wait for food wasn't to long. One order had some missing items but again staff was excellent and sorted out quick.

Me and my partner have been here a few times, the food is nice. We have had breakfast on Saturday and it wasn’t very nice, come in for some lunch the following day the waitress had rushed us. It’s nice for drinks and food

Hubby and I went here with my brother in law and his wife. Willow our server was excellent the rest of the servers were also great but willow stood out like a shining star. The food was excellent and plentiful. We used the app to order drinks and it could do with being tweaked slightly, we were unable to select ice, slice etc. We will definitely return though despite the app and we highly recommend this venue.

Just had dinner here with my daughter , table 5 by the window, I had the 15oz gammon,Lovely waitress, quick service, the was hot which is a great start, cooked well and as you can see from my photo it look good too, I'd defo go again.
