Kentucky Fried Chicken in Conwy

Honestly unbelievable AVOID!! I waited in the drive through for 40 minutes for a couple drinks and a cookie is 8.25pm on a Sunday! God help them! And the car park was utterly disgusting!! KFC couldn’t give a s***t about the environment or the local area! Your a disgrace

Ok. Had a bit of a wait, despite only 1 in front of us. Chicken good, but KFC Chips are pants no matter what restaurant you get them.

Absolutely disgusting hygiene in this place, bins are overflowing the tables & seats are disgusting, I sat down here and god knows what I sat in & had it all over my trousers, the service from these team members is appalling, They swan about like they’ve got no customers to serve, the area manager should be dam well ashamed of him/her self, I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down! We’ve been twice as we thought we’d try again to see if the service/hygiene might of changed, well absolutely not! Avoid this place like the plague!

Very disappointed with my experience today. I originally went around the drive through and sat at the order box for 90 seconds where there was no communication on whether to wait and order there or to continue to the window to order. As there was only one car in front of me I assumed that it was order at the window. Sat in the queue for 7 minutes to finally get to the window where all the staff are conveniently busy and ignore me for a further 2 minutes until I finally give up and go park and go inside to order. Once inside they have closed the majority of the seating area at 9:15 and have two members of staff cleaning down whilst a single person takes and packs orders causing what should have been a fairly fast service to be slow and take a further 5 minutes. The lady who served me was very helpful and although having to put my order through multiple times still managed to get there in the end. I was then given my Lipton ice tea which tasted watered down which means either it was running out or the lines need a thorough clean. I asked one of the lads to check whether it was right and he simply got me another from the drive through tower which surprisingly also tasted watered down but I gave up here and just binned it on my way out. I finally got my food and in general it was quite good, the large chips portion wasn’t in the correct pack and the amount of chips was terrible but at least the tasted ok. Finally after all the effort of making sure my order was correct I finally come to eat my burger only to find out it hasn’t been towered and I have a normal fillet burger. My one complaint with the lady who served me is she didn’t give me a receipt which has meant that I have had to write this review here instead of filling it in on the survey at the bottom. My last point is that as my food was packed from the drive through and it was not communicated to the lady on front when it was ready it meant it sat on the side for a good 1-2 minutes getting cold

Shocked as work hard as a delivery driver to be told other delivery drivers are been given thumbs down. I was in the restaurant the same time and the driver acted professional and with courtesy. This is someone livehood and then to watch three members of staff no doubt on the machine giving me a thumbs down. This is our livehoods and to have childish behavior is shocking. I will be escalating this to the chain of command. As poor and shocking behavior and only to be told boo hoo from a member of staff. Wow.

I dont think 5 fries counts as a large, well done kfc sons crying now, thanks.

Not provided with wet wipes or napkins, had a greasy nightmare inside the car. Chips were really poor, felt rubbery. KFC are my fav chips usually as well. Bin had overflowed in the parking lot with rubbish blowing about. Not great for the environment. Chicken was really good as usual tho and price great.

Fast food hahaha. 30 mins in the drive thru. Cold food . Missing items. Awful service and attitude . They try to make you feel you are being fussy or just awkward for returning cold food and asking for what you paid for rolling their eyes at you. You can't complain officially without the receipt, which you decline for environmental reasons. This is the worst branch I have ever used and judging by other reviews here I'm not alone. If I could give no stars I would.

The worst KFC meal I have ever had. The chips were stone cold and rubbery. The zinger burger was also cold and no joy to eat.Appetite for life it definitely wasn't.I used to like KFC but I would have had a far better meal from a rip off cheap and cheerful!

Just had the the worst experience at this kfc. Zero star for waiting over 30 minutes just to make an order at the counter, plus another 20 minutes to get the food. The girl took the orders for the people in front of me, but kept me waiting while she went forever to pack orders. By the time she finally took my order, all those people on front of me and those behind me who ordered at the machine were long gone. Almost one hour waiting in the KFC is ridiculous. Get more staff if you are busy. Period. Worst experience ever.
