Pretty well agree with most of the reviews. I got some sanitizer on a tissue to clean the table we were sat at and all the tables that were available were not cleaned and the chairs were put up. It was late when we went so couldn't expect the food to be fresh and it wasn't! A lad sat by the locked door waiting to let us and another couple out, time better spent wiping a table or two

Shop wasn't busy, but still half an hour wait for our order because staff were all doing phone orders for delivery drivers. Bins were overflowing and tables and floor were dirty

Wow 10 piece family feast .. must be the worst pieces off chicken I've had from kfc .. and i was a big fan

It was relatively clean but could be improved by staff going around wiping some tables down , service was slow once food had been ordered , possible improvement on service structures and how orders are managedAll an all a decent experience 👍

Honestly, horrible. From the slow service, overflowing bin, disinterested staff to the guy clearing tables into a binbag as he wiped the tables with his hand (no cloth or disinfectant needed here) leaving crumbs and stains.Avoid at all costsAnd here's the edit. I've just used the toilet, really really avoid this place

Ordered a delivery 16/06/22, tried to phone but no answer of course. food was cold, ordered two meals both drinks didn't arrive and also one of the burgers 😡😡😡😡

Dirty place, toilets disgusting, food just thrown together, all the bins was over filled and it wasn't even busy! Was to embarrassed to walk around and take more photos of this filthy place

Entered roughly 830pm on 20th MayHalf the floor space was closed off for cleaning and the other half that was open, majority of the tables needed cleaning.My friend had to take a spray bottle and cloth and clean the table in order for it to be a suitable eating spaceOne member of staff was mopping the floor in the closed off area instead of attending to the area where people were going to sit and eat their food.The floor by the table my friend and I were on had a chicken bone, loads of salt packets on the floor, and drink stirrers.Service was slow but it did seem to be a peak time

called in at approximately 20:35 on 19 may 2022, only cust in the shop and they still got the order wrong. no reciept, no gravy as requested, no beans as requested, no dips as requested, 12 fries in my bag, 12!!!. by the time wed got home , there was no way I could have got back before closing. didn't matter anyway as they weren't answering the phone anyway, would have settled for an apology except they were swerving the phone so, they obviously can't be arsed.

Ordered from this absolute shower of a place twice now. Second time half the meal has been missing, so only one of us can eat. No one answers the phone and there is no resolution through Just Eats either. A shambles of a KFC that I will not be ordering from again. Mooks
