Market Central Cafe & Bar in Conwy

Not to bad a visit. But mostly failing in the kitchen. Burned toast.orders wrong,missing items,lots of returned meal's. Also toilets are a right mess. Not just from customers use but out dated and in hygienic department. No toilet seats and very unclean. Couldn't get toilets paper out of two of the holders as they were jammed.they spent money doing the front up not a penny spent on toilet's. Front staff were ok and pleasant just need to update and get things in order.

I am very upset with the service I have received today, the staff were rude, one male came over to give us our drinks with an angry look on his face, looking like he wanted to kill us, we then was sat waiting over an hour and half for food, each one of our foods came half an hour after one another, when i told the member of staff that the rest of our food didn’t come she looked confused like we only ordered the one meal between four of us, she then brought out another meal and we still had to wait another hour for the other two meals, the member of staff took our receipts and didn’t give it us back which now we couldn’t get a refund on our order as the food was either over cooked or under cooked, and there was a hair inside of the food too which I think is unacceptable, I know the food was undercooked and over cooked because I am a chef for a cafe myself and if my team members treated customers this way it would be a different way around.I am very upset and unhappy with the service today!

Daughters pie was frozen in the middle. Asked 4 different staff members for a high chair would definitely not recommend

Had scampi and chips for £6.50 but only had 4 scampi how can they charge £6.50 for that

Not as good as used to be . 10 of us had meals and none of us ate up The breakfast, priced at £5 25 was 1 sausage 1 egg 1 rasher bacon, 1 slice toast, few beans few tomatoes and few slices mushrooms

Sausage roll was ok, not as good as greggs. Barely any milk in the tea, took too long to cool down.

Had to wait 20 mins to order, other people’s orders taken like u was invisible. Operating table service so adhered and waited turn. But 20 mins seriously not even busy☹️☹️☹️

Sat and had a drink and food and had to pay to go to the toilet! Surely this is not right. Staff numbers less than before as had to wait nearly 20mins to be served had a girl on the ladies collecting 50p due to covid.... toilets were a discrace no additional cleaning just as normal so the only thing extra is the girl taking the money. There must have been at lease 500 women along used the toilet that day, so do the maths. Plus its £2.00 to park in the first place.

Absolutely shocking prices and food, £27 and food wasn’t as it was advertised, Chilli beef rice pot was advertised when it came it was just chilli & rice kids were expecting all in a pot same as a rice pot, Hotdogs were horrible and Burger was cheap and nasty , Absolutely fuming it was long wait to pay staff were so unorganised it looked like they didn’t know what they were doing, I for 1 will not be eating there ever again and certainly wont recommend the cafe , Shocking experience

Lovely Cafe didn't rate the bacon but it was pleasant enough
