McDonald's in Conwy

Great food, always fresh, can't ho wrong to comfort those hunger pangs

It's a Mcdonald so you know what you're getting. Every thing went quickly and the staff were pleasant.

CHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving the drive thru, this is the Second time in a row the drive thru have missed items off my order, very frustrating when you get home and items are missing, just not worth driving back to correct it. I'm going to have to check everything from now on! sorry if people behind have to wait behind, the staff obviously need more training or the bagging system is not up scratch if it's this easy to miss items.

Update 2022. Sadly due to recent events I have to badly drop the review for this store, will explain with pictures as soon as I can. Although put some bad reviews up they still have the best service and great staff and friendly. Great service . pleasant staff.plenty of parking spaces . disabled parking and disabled toilets

Did a click and serve order when the queue for the drive thru was out of the car park and got our food in under ten minutes. The guy who brought it was very helpful, coming out to tell us we'd have to wait four minutes (!) for the Festive Pies and asked if we'd like our other food first. Highly impressed with the speed and the service despite it being so busy.

Very very busy, from the time I got in the queue it took me about 30 minutes just to get to the ordering area.Once past that it was quite quick.The staff were polite and the food was hot.I know that they can't help the seagulls but the bins were all full so the gulls were pulling out the rubbish, could have been emptied sooner.Being that it took so long to queue and the bins issue that's why my score is 3 stars.

Every time I get from Llandudno junction the burgers are all over the place… in this picture this is one of the good ones. I worked at maccies a few years ago and I worked with the meats for most of my time, it really isn’t hard to put a burger together.. does maccies hire blind 6 year olds? Or just chavs still?..

Very quick and perfect for kids birthday tea xx very busy though, all staff polite wearing masks just one point need to wear gloves.

Excellent service. Host was very friendly and helpful. We ordered using the mobile app using table service and he constantly went to check at the counter for an update and he brought the food over as soon as possible. The host made sure that we were very comfortable.It was a very clean store. One of the crew members also brought a tray of food over to us and was very friendly and even offered to get us extra sauce.The food was hot and fresh. We ordered two sets of pancakes and a breakfast roll with no meat, three teas and an apple pie and it all arrived accurate and hot.

Double quarter pounder with cheese for old time sake mmmmmmmm yummy food was better than average here the staff interacted with the customers here not like in other McDonald's where there not allowed to staff were helpful polite and one worker offered balloons to the kids .Service was better than average and quite quick too .
