McDonald's in Conwy

New update June 2022Big improvement I use the App all the time and it’s always hot and staff are extremely friendly, please keep up the good work being instigated in this store.Update 2022. Sadly due to recent events I have to badly drop the review for this store, will explain with pictures as soon as I can. Although put some bad reviews up they still have the best service and great staff and friendly. Great service . pleasant staff.plenty of parking spaces . disabled parking and disabled toilets

It's a McDonald's. What is there to say? Drive through or eat in. The touchscreens are amazingly wonderful when you're autistic, especially when the kids are making choices. Obviously the children think the place is one of the best things ever, especially with the interactive tablets and so on, and free WiFi, to keep them entertained. Food is invariably disappointing and very limp compared to photos, and staggeringly high calorie, but, again, the children think it's amazing.Editing this to add that I've just noticed how ridiculous the 'accessible' parking is. There's only hashes on one side of one of the two spaces, and no dropped kerb, so in a wheelchair you'd have to go down the road that leads to car park and drive through, that's often jammed at peak times, to get onto the zebra crossing and into the building.

Was filthy inside when I visited, floor covered in food, chips and rubbish and several tables covered in take-away bags of empty wrapping. I realize that customers are filthy animals who don't clean after themselves but come on McDonald's, employ a member of staff to clean.

Doing a great job today. The manager was really on the ball, attentive to customer needs and showing great leadership skills with the staff. A party of 10 or more young kids ahead of me in the line were all served with military efficiency - I didn't even mind waiting while I watched the display.

Took the top off my Air vent on the Roof of my van. I've visited loads of McDonald's & never had a problem. 1st half of the van went under the barrier no problem. Alot of places have a warning chain before you get to a " Hard Barrier " Why this McDonald's has a lower one is a mystery. Letter or email to follow. Not happy!!

Stood outside in freezing cold weather a queue, 6:45am to be told at 7:05am they are not opening until 8am as they were not ready due to staff shortages. A notice or earlier information would have been appreciated as ‘ smiling’ staff had seen us stood waiting.

CHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving the drive thru, this is the Second time in a row the drive thru have missed items off my order, very frustrating when you get home and items are missing, just not worth driving back to correct it. I'm going to have to check everything from now on! sorry if people behind have to wait behind, the staff obviously need more training or the bagging system is not up scratch if it's this easy to miss items.

Every time I get from Llandudno junction the burgers are all over the place… in this picture this is one of the good ones. I worked at maccies a few years ago and I worked with the meats for most of my time, it really isn’t hard to put a burger together.. does maccies hire blind 6 year olds? Or just chavs still?..

Did a click and serve order when the queue for the drive thru was out of the car park and got our food in under ten minutes. The guy who brought it was very helpful, coming out to tell us we'd have to wait four minutes (!) for the Festive Pies and asked if we'd like our other food first. Highly impressed with the speed and the service despite it being so busy.

Very very busy, from the time I got in the queue it took me about 30 minutes just to get to the ordering area.Once past that it was quite quick.The staff were polite and the food was hot.I know that they can't help the seagulls but the bins were all full so the gulls were pulling out the rubbish, could have been emptied sooner.Being that it took so long to queue and the bins issue that's why my score is 3 stars.
