Miss Owen's Cafe in Conwy

My order...3 takeout supersize breakfastFriends order.... 2 takeout supersize breakfastMy order comes out with 2 supersize breakfast, third one followed 3/4 mins later, still waiting on my friends order 10 minutes later, go inside 2 find out whats going on. Speak to the manager/owner he dissappears and returns 5 mins later with 2 breakfasts.... no mushrooms so asks what we would like instead, hash browns were brought out within a few minutes. Come home to eat a delicious breakfast to discover we had no tomatoes no beans and no black pudding... £8.45 for 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 eggs and a scoop of mushrooms needless to say was not impressed...On the flip side bout 5 kids working there and doing the best they could without any direction from management and being spoken to rudely by arrogant customers

Had the supersize breakfast which comes with a drink and toast and it was yummy can not fault a thing, considering they were super busy this did not effect the service or food quality. Lovely staff especially one young man who called us his two favorite ladies. Definitely recommend, shame I can only leave 5 stars would love to leave more

Little gem of a cafe. Prices are very reasonable and food was delicious. Staff were friendly and polite. Will be coming here more often and I definitely recommend.

Todays visit to BJ,s Cafe was shocking, im being very generous giving 2 stars, the language from the kitchen was not fit for family,s ears, the sevice was none existent and the place was unclean, shame because we have had a lot better experience in the past, but we will not go again..

Treated very respectfully by younger staff, the food was very nice, younger staff were very friendly and were more than helpful

Didn’t take a photo but really should off, the presentation of our food was lovely and clean, it was a shame to tuck in, but then I did and soooo glad I did it was just gorgeous, home made cottage pie, so tasty we will certainly be going back soon . It was lovely to see young people working they are so polite and very helpfulWell done

Used to be really good, but it's canged hands sausages really poor quality like mush, and black pud, toast was just buttered bread. Won't be goin back anytime soon its a shame. Its just a cafe now

Great little cafe on the front. Breakfast was wonderful. Would recommend to try here.

We went there today and I just dont think the service levels are anywhere near where they need to be. You have to order at the counter so there is a big queue of people standing where people are eating.The food was cold and just bad quality. They actually brought my girlfriends food out and forgot mine so had to eat separately.Nice friendly people but definitely not up to scratch.

Sorry bad service at counter,also food came great service then but the food wasn’t as expected too expensive and disgusting. Meat wasn’t cooked.AND IT TOOK HALF AN HOUR TO COME. Had to go in there twice as I thought they forgot about us (2 meals I ordered)
