Awesome place, been going here since I was very young, they do some lovely food and have a large animal park you can walk around with the kids.Only downside is, is that most if the animals aren't there anymore. But still a great place for the kids.

Hidden Gem !!!Arrived today ( on Saturday around 2 ish ) and lots of table were reserved. Staffs were super friendly and managed to get us a table. Plenty of choices to order. We ordered ham, cheese & mushroom pancake and Indonesian pancake, both in medium size. Very good portion size and reasonable price. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic off the beaten track pancake house. It is worth the trip out, even though the roads can be a little tight in places. There is also a nice nature trail there too, so you can have a little walk before or after your food

This pancake house has a reputation heard for miles so had to check it out.Wasn't dissapointed, this is a great place to visit. I was on holiday, this was miles out from where I stayed but it was worth it.Plenty of parking out front. Lovely walk through the water gardens and finally onto the pancakes. Service was great, staff were friendly, lots of choice on the menu, pancakes arrived quickly. All good stuff. Price was a bit steep when you consider its only pancakes. The experience was worth it 👌🏻

I guess it is personal taste and what you choose but I did not enjoy my pancake. My son enjoyed his huge ice-cream sundae. The staff are absolutely lovely . So friendly and attentive. It is nice strolling round the nature trail and looking round the aquarium.

Lovely little spot, great place to take kids especially. We waited a while but not an unacceptable amount of time for good food and the staff were all very friendly. We had amazingly crispy cheese and mushroom/bacon pancakes to start and shared a banana, chopped nuts and chocolate pancake for afters. A real treat!

Looked forward to pancakes, unfortunately they were not good. Lovely place to sit. Decent size pancakes but the toppings were sparse. I ordered cinamon and apple, this came with Slivers of wafer thin apple and cinamon. Could not even taste the apple or cinamon. Breakfast pancake was tasteless and hardly any toppings. Tastless. Chocolate pancake was not good either. None of our group enjoyed the pancakes

I came across the Dutch Pancake House after climbing Snowden and burning almost 2000 kcals. I thought, what better way to celebrate than to eat a stack of pancakes and regain all the calories I lost from the hike. So that's exactly what I did. With a few friends, we reserved a seat in advance (due to Covid restrictions) and ordered 2 pancakes each. With 8 pancakes in total, we had a good spread from the menu. Some chocolate pancakes, lemon and sugar, bacon and maple just to name a few...these guys have a huge variety to pick from. The pancakes were decent! European style, not the fat american stacks you might be expecting. These were about the size of a plate and topped generously. My only complaint about this place is that the chocolate pancakes weren't the best, even though I would expect them to be the most popular. Instead of using (what tasted like) a cheap chocolate sauce, maybe opt for Nutella or a diced up chocolate bar?Overall however, the Dutch Pancake House was a real treat and I can't fault the sweet service and quality pancakes they make. Would visit again.

There is such a huge variety of sweet and savoury pancakes to choose from. I had the bacon and maple and my friends had a Welsh beauty (pictured). After, we walked round the grounds to see the animals. The otters were adorable! Made a nice afternoon out.
