Orient Express Cafe & Restaurant in Conwy

4 of us came for a day trip 21/3 2022 not alot of places open we decided to go in orient Express cafe we ordered vegetarian breakfast ham egg and chips and 2 fish and chips 2 cans of diet coke £4.00 chips was frozen surposed to be served with mushy peas a small teaspoon full the eggs on the ham dish was hard not soft eggs all meals cost £8.00 plus paid separate for drinks and horrible thick bread laced in thick margarineMy fish wasnt cooked and tasted like water I did mention this to the waitress but just said sorry will not be dinning here again

Cute cafe. Excellent vegetarian breakfast. Full plate. No skimping on about. Presentation was nice. Veg sausages were veg sausages. Hearty food. Very friendly staff. And found out. The chicken is halal. Thats good to know. As fed up on burgers and pizza just because halal. Found a nice gem here. Will cone again as frequently come Llandudno. A real hidden gem! Been coming here for years now whenever we visit the town and the quality is always second to none. Fully recommend their home made beef burger and the baklava is sensational!

We arrived at lunchtime on our bikes and although it was busy we were able to get a table outside. Coffee ☕ was good, the food excellent and prices reasonable. Would have given 5⭐ but we waited quite a long time for our food (it was busy) Veggie friendly and contactless payment.

My Eggs Benedict was amazing and my families food was exceptional. The waitress was so helpful, we will definitely be going back!

Superb eggs royale here, let down by cash only policy which caught me out plus slow service by distracted waiting staff- I had to go to bar to make order and pay. There are tiny stickers stating this but not obvious enough, pity as I'll not return for that reason :( could have been 5*

Decided to breakfast here after reading the reviews. Word of caution this business is CASH ONLY which I discovered when it came to settle the bill. There is a sign in the doorway but it 7s small and easily missed. Service is adequate, though communication isn't a strong point with one or two little misunderstandings. The food is good, good size portions but nor overacting, well cooked and presented. The veggie sausages were made with vegetables, peas, sweetcorn, rather than textured protein only. The bacon and sausages my partner had were 5asty and if reasonable quality. Prices are fair and the coffee is good.
