Pizza Hut in Conwy

We were warmly greeted by staff and seated quickly where we requested even though we hadn't booked a table Our order was delivered quickly and efficiently and everything was perfect. Our server (Izzy) was friendly, polite and efficient. Will definitely visit again *(we have been many times before though but never written a review)

You know what you get at pizza hut. A standard menu but the family deal of 2 pizzas with 4 toppings works out we. Service is quick and pizzas remain a high standard with each takeaway we have14/5/2022. Three weeks ago had a takeaway pizza and the toppings were sparse and we had to return and request our forgotten fries. We put this down to being too busy but as our goto pizza takeaway we went again. This time the base was so soft and undercooked despite being deep pan that the toppings slid off. No future visits will be made in the future

Went as a family of 4 and ordered some of their meals that included deserts.Food was okay, usual Pizza Hut style (no better, no worse).Service was a bit rubbish. The girl serving obviously had some family or friends in the restaurant as she spent most of the night with them.Lots of messy tables not being cleared (picture uploaded). We asked for our desserts and they took about half an hour to arrive, the kids desert never did arrive!!We won't be going to Pizza Hut again any time soon. Not a great experience.

Classic Pizza Hut 🍕 experience. "Fastest Service Ever" according to my 7 year old son. Overall what you would expect. Visited during weekday and didnt need to book, not sure about Friday and Saturday's.

Great service today! Food was fast and delicious as always. Lovely lady hosting and running the whole floor , shout-out to Amy who was on shift all day today. She was kind, friendly and chatty. Lovely experience 10/10

This pizza hut needs reservation before coming!! Never thought that pizza hut is as fancy as it is here, back home pizza hut is a very casual place however this pizza hut is not like that.Staff are very nice and it is usually crowded it is a family friendly place and you will find alot of kids around.Food was excellent I enjoyed it

Disappointed at the buffet. There was no replenishing of the pizza for pretty much our whole stay. Then after I asked, 20 minutes later (10 minutes after the buffet had finished and we were now running late) they brought out 4 fresh pizzas

A great visit, the food was very good and fresh. I love the salad.We had the nicest young lady serving us chatty, friendly and very helpful. I don't remember her name but we were there between 12.3pm and approx 3pm on 4th Feb
