Porter's Coffee Shop in Conwy

Had coffee here many times but last week went to their evening themed Fish Night. Everything beautifully cooked and presented. Friendly efficient staff a very pleasant evening thank you.

Great coffee and cakes, friendly, warm professional staff with a lovely atmosphere and very clean.

I love it in here a great hearty breakfast with a great cup of tea nothing is too much trouble for staff, great meeting rooms

Best coffee around and the cake selection is lovely, something different each week. Love how they use recyclable cartons and cups for their take outs! Top marks👍

Very slow service. Food and drink was nice and inexpensive. Sadly, the chef had to go home so the kitchen was shut, but we all got refunds for the things that they couldn't make. The above review is based on everything. This cafe would be good if it didn't take 40 minutes to get 2 millionaires shortbreads out and a few coffees.

was just expecting a cafe , but so much more. Great greeting (manager I think) hygiene and covid stuffs very high and all seating is Perspex anti sneeze guards . food great , service great , price great/the above rating is mainly based on price and service by staff on the day. This occasion I would have to rate as 5 star

Excellent service! Stopped for a coffee and a bacon bap (both amazing!) with our dog, and while we ate/drank outside they brought out a bowl of water for the dog which I thought was really considerate.

Coffee and eggs benedict (hollandaise made on the premises), in the heart of Colwyn Bay, and they do a lot to support good causes.

Had a quick meeting in here, in July 2019. Was greeted with a nice warm welcome from staff as I walked in, and the place looked clean and tidy. I ordered a large latte, which arrived promptly and with a little biscuit – which is always nice attention to detail in my opinion. It’s also always great to be able to choose a venue linked to a social enterprise; as you can get first-class service whilst also helping worthy causes, in this case from cais.co.uk who help people to develop new skills and self-esteem as they recover from mental health and substance misuse conditions. I would recommend, and would call in again if I was in the area.

.Great friendly place.The manager was polite & professional. And the place including the toilets was spotless . Definitely recommend a visit.
