I ordered my food at 6:30 and waited until 8'clock and my order still had not arrived, I phoned up to asked where my oder was and was told it was still cooking and would be with me very shortly... 40 mins after that the delivery guy turned up and was faffing around in his car for at least 5 minutes before getting out to come give us our order.My order came to roughly £15 and I gave the young fella £20 and received my change in 10p's, 1p's and 2p's..I am not happy with my experience ordering from Robertos and will NOT be ordering again!Since changing from cheeky pizza this place and quality of food has gone drastically down hill.Very rude Manger/ownerThe owner will come to your door shouting and swearing if you phone up and tell him the food is cold. He gets really mad and threatening. Be careful if you are wanting a refund or a fresh meal <<<<< BE WARNED

Ordered a chefs special, wings and piece of chicken. Told us they didn't have kofte so would do abit extra chicken or donner....fine. Asked how long and told 40 mins, 60 tops.Driver arrives 1hr 20 later, already rang up to ask how long. Chefs special was not a special! Literally just donner meat and chicken, no other meat at all, no salad, no sauces. It was the driest food I've ever tasted and we just couldn't eat it, the wings weren't very nice either tbh.

This is, beyond any doubt whatsoever, the best takeaway pizza in the Colwyn Bay/Rhos on Sea area: by a country mile! Base always crispy, they follow all specific instructions and the food is always hot, which is very important to us.I have stopped ordering from anywhere else and have, by doing so, avoided disappointment. These guys deserve 10/10 and just have it down perfect each and every time. I ask for my base to be well done each time and it is.They also wear masks for deliveries which is crucial to me as I’m clinically compromised and live in a block of flats. And, they’re thoroughly nice people to boot!Keep up the good work Y’all!

1st time experience. So ordered my food at 1915 and received it at 2200 after being told an hr wait time on the website. Salad never arrived even tho it was ordered. Was told that because of it being a bank holiday all the food was getting out late.This would have been an absolute hammering of a review but the food was unbelievable. Best chicken and lamb kebab I've had and all the food ordered was cooked perfectly with loads of taste. Would definitely order from Roberto's again but definitely not on a bank holiday weekend.

Would have been a five star but was made to wait 30 mins after ordering online and turning up at my selected pick up time. Then they ran out of large pizza bases so gave me a smaller one. They did however give me money back as compensation so can't really quibble about that

Nice touch with the nan bread instead of pitta bread. Nice succulent chicken but unfortunately far too much salt in the chicken kebab and the donor kebab........unable to eat..........such a shame. We will be sticking to good old bay grill in future.

Rude and abusive manager, I only asked how much longer and he lay into me about chicken been served raw, he only had to say another 5 mi ites or so but he just continued. Prior to this he was telling off the other member of staff in front of me. Unprofessional and wasn't even worth waiting for. Definitely won't re revisiting.
