I travelled 36 miles last thursday to collect an Easter weekend order placed in advance.A simple order which consisted of 4 white box loaves (two sliced), I was given 3 as an error had been made❓❓, on arrival home one of those was a tin. Can I suggest order are put together neatly pre delivery to your shops to avoid future innaccuracies

The food looked amazing but the hygiene standards disgusting, fully gloved hands grabbing cream cakes then grabbing cash and using till with everyone's money using same gloved hands again with next person's cakes handled afterwards and cash again clear health and safety issue absolutely awful all staff doing it,no tongs or separate staff taking the cash

This is a lovely bakery and a must go too if your in the towyn area, it always seems really busy and there doing a good job of keeping everyone at social distancing, there wasn’t a great deal left by the time we managed get there so could only have a couple of sausage rolls but equally the pies are just has nice and unfortunately not got a sweet tooth so never tried the cakes so can’t comment!
