Visited on Sunday night of Storm Eunice when everywhere else was closed (it was only last choice by being furthest away from our apartment). Friendly, helpful service from the chap working there. Not cheap, over £30 for two fish&chips and two sausage & chips, but then it’s not a cheap meal in other places, let alone on the sea front. I was told it would be a wait (it was a quiet night, so happier to wait for fresh than have something that’s been waiting!) and the food was delicious. Thin batter on the fish, which was tasty, and well cooked chips. Four almost empty plates. I’ve had larger portions sometimes but who needs to be stuffed? We were all satisfied and enjoyed it.

Why are people still eating here? There's terrible reviews dating back years and people are still going there and leaving bad reviews to this day! Blows me away how moronic some people really are. Yeah the place is terrible, I went in, took one look at the prices and the food on offer and decided to use one of the many other and infinity better chip shops in Llandudno, just do your research and you'll find where's good.

Wish there were 0 stars. Disgusting (pools of grease, batter tasted old and rank), overpriced (1xfish and chips and 1xsausage and chips was £20), incredibly rude staff. What a joke. Needless to say - avoid, avoid, avoid. Wish we'd read the reviews before going there.

£26 for 4 small chips 3 sausages a curry sauce and 4 cans. Chips were rubbery as if recooked. Slow service. 1 young lad serving 2 other men just watching really. I live local and certainly not go back.

Worst fish ever in 60 years. Totally over cooked and fish old and chewy. People before brought theirs back too. Should have gone elsewhere.Asked for my money back and they can't do that. Staff were apologetic though and gave me another which was better. They shouldn't be charging and serving such terrible fish.

The worst chips I have ever had ! Ordered 2 x chips and curry sauce and 1 sausage for the dog . They said we would have to wait a few minutes, no problem as I thought they were cooking fresh chips ! Wishful thinking, the chips were cold and inedible, they were thrown in the bin . At least the dog enjoyed his . Will never visit again

Probably one of the worst experiences in a chippy. Food was ridiculously expensive, I wouldn’t have minded if it was nice food or good quality but it was as if it had been sitting out for days and they were rationing it.Not to mention the fella who was serving us couldn’t cope with having more than 4 people in the place.

I don't like leaving low feedback when businesses are trying to recover from a tough 2020 but I have to be honest we didnt really enjoy the food. The man serving was friendly and gave us 3 large Heinz ketchup sachets for free. However,... we waited over 15 min for the food cos he said "a few mins for chips" but when it came out the fish was like others have described, dry, thick hard batter, mushy peas were luke warm and dry and all 4 portions of chips were hard, dry and had little burnt bits on, they'd obviously been reheated and many had black potato inside. I appreciate we went out of season at 5pm on a Monday but it should be better than this for well over £20. It's a shame because other nearby chippys had great reviews but we went here because it was nearest and the reviews varied. My wife said the curry sauce was nice and theres good choice on the menu. But the quality needs improving massively. The staff should know that a piece of fish sat there all day will be horrid. You need to fry fresh or replace old fish every so often to get good reviews and repeated custom. I hope they can make improvements as their location is very handy.

Shocking. As Manager of a Fish & Chip Restaurant, Takeaway. I'm appalled at the quality of the food this guy is passing off as Fish & Chips. £38 for 3 Fish & Chips & 1 Chips,Peas & Gravy. Ok where in a Seaside town on a Bank Holiday but come on. Fish was fried within an inch of its life with 20mm Batter, sorry (Yorkshire Pudding mix). To top it off they only accept Card payment. Service was slow, staff were rude. If this was my Team I would be horrified. It's a crying shame as there was a que a mile long not knowing what they were letting them selves into. I myself & my family were some of those people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. He's only got one Star as I cant give him Zero. Get your act together my friend. Your establishment is a Shambles. Only wish I'd read the Reviews before hand.

fish was quite good but it cost about £10 per person for a small fish & chips. The wait was a bit ridiculous there were 3 people in front of us but we spent about 25 minutes waiting total. fish was already made under the heat lamp so not sure why it took so long. this is probably my first negative review on here
