Starbucks in Conwy

We were served by a colleague named Emma who couldn't do enough to help, incredibly kind and polite. A credit to Starbucks.

Love this pace, a massive regular visitor at least twice a week, always a decent coffee, and the staff are friendly, gets very busy at times though which if you time it poorly means you are in for a long wait, also the fact it only has one toilet means again, you're in for a wait

I love Starbucks me and my sister go very often my favourite is iced coffee and a chocolate chip shortbread or a millionaire’s shortbread so modern inside great service

Lovely friendly welcome had a iced Blonde Latte excellent plus a cup of tea sat outside lovely visit.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. We had coffee and cinnamon buns, the girl who took our order suggested we have the buns warm as they were delicious served that way. She was spot on. Great coffee too

I occasionally work from here, the staff are always friendly and check I'm okay when I'm working or always will have a chat if I'm getting a take out coffee and nothing is too troublesome. The girls here really deserve so much recognition for keeping a smile on their face even when it's crazy busy

Coffee is good. Food is good. What we expect from this sort of chain. Had an excessively long wait for our drinks without a simple apology. Which I thought was odd. It wasn't the fault of the staff.. technology was the issue and people who don't know how to use it. But the lady who served the coffee at the end did apologise and gave me a free drink voucher. That lady is the reason it's gone from 1 star to 3. As she was amazing with everyone she encountered

Quick and very friendly service. Distanced queuing but got served quick enough. Staff helpfull with choices and warmed up my Cinnamon Bun by her suggestion. Never had it warm before, revelation!! Sorted me out with a card.It was a little bit noisy but the staff were so nice.Clean tables. And our plates were removed before we left so staff were on top of it. And there were only half a dozen tables in use. Lots of space at around 9.30am.
