Called in here yesterday for a coffee (Latte) and scone, the scone was warm but just like dough which hadn't been in the oven, the coffee (Latte) was just like hot water with milk. It was being run by 3 young girls, when paying not one of them asked why I had left the coffee still full and the scone not eaten.
