Can't fault this place. Our party of 8 were so well looked after. The food was delicious, the service was second to none & the men said the beer was amazing. We'll definitely be visiting again next time we are in Llandudno!

The Albert was nice pub with many kind of ale and ciders. Food really nice but service was slow. Worth money. Recommend!

A visit to the Albert never disappoints. I have been here over 2 hours solo and have not felt rushed. Was greeted by the lovely Stuart with a warm, genuine smile. I had rang earlier in the week about the menu and had many questions but Stuart was very patient and professional. I promised I would call in.I was cheeky enough to ask if I could have a main dish as a starter (Crispy Lamb). Again, not an issue. Had the fishcakes for the main that came with home made chips and salad. I was defeated by the final bite. Absolutely fantastic and piping hot.Credit to every member of staff working here but especially to Stuart tonight.Thank you so much for a wonderful evening. I can't wait to come back. If I lived closer, I would be here all the time!

Booked in for a meal with family and friends. Food was excellent, as previously experienced Unfortunately, it was very loud sitting below the huge TV with a rugby match, and some rowdy customersa couple of tables away. This is probably quite normal, but it made my autistic son very anxious. He isn't usually so anxious, and we have been to The Albert several times with no problems. The staff tried their hardest to ease matters, except the rowdy bunch, who got louder. When my son went into a panic attack, the staff turned the TV off, and helped where they could.I have worked in the hospitality industry, and most people I know would have asked the other guests to quieten down until the autistic gentleman had eased up. Instead, the rowdy bunch began flinging insults for an hour or so. Ii asked them to calm down, and please cease their behaviour but was rudely told to go awayNow I know they were drunk, and it was their fault for being ignorant and obnoxious. However, I would gave expected a member of staff would ask them to quieten down or leave if they couldn't behave, but they didn't do anything.I'm all for a peaceful life, but that sort of behaviour is not acceptable, and staff should know how to deal with it.So food fabulous 👌👌👌👌👌Staff polite and understanding 👌 👌👌👌Staff dealing with problems & problematic punters 👎👎👎

We are staying in Llandudno in a ' dog friendly' hotel only to be told that we couldn't take our dog into the restaurant! So we phoned the Albert to see if they could accommodate us for food and a lovely lady called Jackie told us to come straight over.We had a lovely meal (and water for the dog) and she has also booked us a table for this evening (even though they are fully booked with Christmas parties) well done to all in the Albert

We stopped for a Sunday Lunch whilst doing some Christmas shopping. The staff were pleasant, we ordered a carvery and a couple of drinks. We're given out drinks promptly. Carvery selection was good and the food was hot. Would visit again!

Great place we randomly came upon. We didn't have a table booked but they found us one before reserved time and we had a nice lunch there. The lamb leg itself is great, the veggies could be improved on. Service was quick too.
