Whoever it is that's writing the negative reviews obviously visited another place or never came here at all! Or maybe they wanted a freebie. The staff are wonderful and the food fab too. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent service and friendly staff here we visit rhyl few times a year always call here.Took family there on Wednesday 6 of us and food was lovely and did not wait long either and we called in on the Thursday on the way home had the tikka softie was lovely 100% recommended

Visited today and staff their are very polite, the lady who served me was very welcoming (I think she's new). The food was fresh and I will definitely be going back. In my opinion it the best Butty shop in the area.

Wonderful food and really lovely service from this team. Would recommend to locals and all those who pass through. We are new to the region having moved into Llanfair TH very recently. A few more plant-based (vegan) options would be great but otherwise, five stars.

Just love the buttybox always have. Lovely friendly staff and great food! I have been going here for sometime and never EVER had any problems. Best place for takeaway sandwiches toasties in Abergele 👍
