The County Bar in Conwy

I had such a lovely meal here yesterday, thoroughly enjoyed it. Sunday Roast was absolutely perfect with all the trimmings and plenty of sauces too; beautifully cooked and presented. The staff were really welcoming and friendly and made a fuss of my granddaughter's new trainers which she insisted on showing everybody!! 🤣 the scenery is amazing and I'm definitely going to return in the warmer weather and sit outside to enjoy the stunning views. I would definitely recommend the Groes Inn. Thank you to all the hard-working staff.

My husband and I have just spent two nights in this lovely Inn. The rooms were beautiful and all amenities well catered for. The restaurant menu had lots to choose from and all tastes were catered for. We couldn't fault the staff who made sure we had everything we needed and that goes for the room service staff too. I would definitely recommend this hotel 👍

Lovely lunch on 23rd February for four. Varied and well thought out menu including vegan. Nice conservatory table with Mountain views, super. Great service from Jenny and Hayley too. Thank you, it was my daughter's birthday and we had a fabulous time.

Lovely old pub. Friendly staff. We stayed overnight and the room was very comfortable. We enjoyed drinks in a little room above the bar and I had a very nice gin. The food was delicious. Would go back for another visit

A really lovely hotel. The bed was absolutely massive and room was as pictured online. Room was cosy and comfy, good water pressure in the bathroom too. It was a little warm but they provided an Aircon unit and we could open windows.Tea, instant and ground coffee, teapot, cafetiere and biscuits were provided which was a delight.My partner enjoyed his pasta at the restaurant. I had sweetcorn fritter and messy chips (that was a little underdone).

We had a great time at the Groes Inn Hotel and enjoyed an amazing dinner in the hotel's lovely pub. Everybody was so friendly and made our visit really special. Highly recommended!

Superb experience.we had a mountain view room with balcony.Spacious room with extremely comfortable huge bed . Bathroom was spotless .Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels .Restaurant served great food and a good selection .Breakfast was large with good choice.Staff were brilliant couldn't do enough to make our stay any better .Ideally located to get to places of interest .Highly recommended. Will be revisiting .

Fantastic Xmas break for three nights, can't fault anything.The staff are friendly , knowledgeable and always on hand to help.The food including Xmas lunch was superb.The accommodation was also first class, will definitely be back

We stayed here for two nights, the staff are so amazing. Really friendly and lots of recommendations for the surrounding area. Breakfast was lovely, with a good choice. We had the scallops at dinner which were so tasty as was the fish and chips. Views from the back are amazing. Room was great, spacious and the shower was sooo good! Highly recommended.

Had a lovely Sunday lunch here today. The food was excellent,nicely presented and really tasty. Lamb shanks and salmon dishes with ice cream and cheesecake deserts to follow. Thought the service was great,lovely and attentive staff. Definitely come back again.
