I’m Venezuelan-Spanish and it was my second time in Wales, so I wanted to eat delicious British food and my beautiful hosts took me to The Erskine Arms. It was a great choice I’d say! The place is lovely, the costumer service was great and the food…. Oh mama! I loved it! The fish and chips was really nice, the burgers (the simple thought of the tasty bacon mixed with the onion chutney is mouthwatering) and the chocolate brownie was the best I’ve tried. My boyfriend ordered a sticky toffee pudding and it was great too! 100% recommended 😊

Great place to stay. We had room 34 which is up three flights but has great views. Lovely bathroom but low ceiling in the bedroom. The staff are lovely and the hotel is very well looked after. There is a good bar and dining area. There is also a patio area

This is a stylish pub, which also offers accommodation. Food quality is clearly taken seriously here, and the dishes we ordered were of very high quality. My lamb meatballs (Moroccan, if I remember rightly) were fabulous. The staff were friendly and always on hand, and it is clean, light and airy inside. Would very happily go back here.

What a lovely find! Amazing food with excellent quality ingredients and great range of options for all the family. Very hospitable with our puppy in the bar (shame no dog biscuits though) And to top it all a good range of beers. We'll definitely be coming back!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Erskine Arms, it truly is an excellent hotel…..here’s why.It is centrally located in the very heart of Conwy, an historic town ideally located to explore, not only the medieval delights of the town itself but North Wales as a whole. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spotlessly clean ( as is the hotel as a whole)The quality of food in the hotel is exceptional - we stayed for three nights and ate in for two evening meals! (Top tip - ensure you reserve a table well in advance!)We have stayed in many hotels, this is definitely one of our favourites- 5 stars all day long!

Beautifully appointed rooms, spotlessly clean & comfortable bed. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. We had dinner and the menu was imaginative and the food was delicious. Full Welsh breakfast included many locally sourced items. The hotel is in a great central location yet peaceful. Some hotel parking available but there is plenty of spaces in the train station right in front of the hotel

Part of a fairly large pub/dining group. Clean and attractive. Food pretty good and competitively priced. There is a pay car park by the nearby railway station - not too expensive but not much free parking nearby. They keep their real ale very well and serve at right temperature. Staff are very pleasant. Popular, so worth booking in advance if you are travelling any distance. You can do this online.

Popped in on the off chance that they could serve our group of eight on bank holiday Monday. The staff were really helpful and friendly and were able to find us a table. The food was absolutely amazing, we all had different choices off the menu and everyone was very happy.Would definitely go again when we are next in the area.

I speak on behalf of our group of six when I say that the quality of venue and service at the Erskine Arms is outstanding. Our first visit but certainly not our last. The staff were excellent especially Melissa the young waitress and Ben Jones the GM, although all staff were clearly well trained polite and helpful. Enjoyed by all! Looking forward to our next visit.

Had a craft beer by a roaring fire after a day sightseeing. Enjoyed it so much we booked a table for later in the evening. Delicious fresh seafood and lovely attentive staff who genuinely cared about our dining experience. Great cosy pub with fab staff and amazing food. Will visit again if we are in the area.
