What a lovely place to stay. Very clean rooms. Everything you need. Very friendly staff. Food was very nice. Couldn’t wish for more. Wouldn’t definitely stay again/recommend.

Can't fault our stay really. Really good location, very friendly efficient staff. Really clean. The rooms were a surprise, modern, good size, clean, quiet. Cookies and hot drink Sachets and love toiletries. Soft white towels. Very comfortable beds. The rooms were a little too warm for me even without the heating on, I was boiling (in January!) But there are little chrome fans next to the bed.We didn't eat at the hotel but drank plenty. Nice quiet bar.Lots of parking.I would 100% stay here again no problem. Short walk into lovely Llandudno centre. Retail park very close by.And the price was so low. £56 for 2 in a twin. So exceeded expectations. Also lots of Covid protection in place. Plastic screens at the bar, table service, cleaning. It was just great.

We are occasional visitors because of relatives close by. Visited today. The refurbishment looks fantastic, Staff were great dealing with restrictions. Heard them checking guests in and they were excellent 👌

We had a decent Boxing Day lunch here. The food was okay - as you can see from the photos it’s pretty no frills but actually the quality was fine - eg a nice cut of chicken breast on the piri piri burger.

Staff lovely & efficient & a lovely restaurant, as part of the hotel, however while food portions were a great size, it was such a shame my husbands meal was not so good.He had a roast beef dinner while presented well with two substantial slices of beef, very large yorkshire pudding & veg, the beef was sliced too thick, therefore unable to eat as very chewy & the roast potatoes, while crispy outside were very hard, the starter of garlic mushrooms was okay but sauce did need to be a little ticker & tastier,it was a shame as it was a lovely place.

Called in here last Sunday about 1pm with my elderly disabled mum and family. Met by a rather rude member of staff to be asked very abruptly" Do you have a booking for the meal" . I said unfortunately not , to be told again very abruptly- Bookings only. I looked around the restaurant and it was well under half full. I mentioned this to be told they were understaffed! 3 members of staff were just stood there listening to our conversation not doing much! Won't be returning to this establishment that is for sure.

This is the first review I have ever written! The food was so terrible I feel I have to write a review. I ordered a Thai coconut milk veg curry. No sign of coconut milk tasteless!! what can he described as a tin of tomatoes with a bit of chilli and veg cooked within an inch of its life mush! I honestly have to say worst food I’ve ever been served. My husband said he’d walk out if I complained he doesn’t like confrontation. Equally his burger was disgusting he pulled out a chunk of gristle from a sloppy bun! Not cheap at £41.

a lovely old pub/hotel. Parking fantastic loads of space car is secure booking in at hotel quick and efficient and any questions answered with honest answers 10 out 10 for that. The room we were in large and very comfortable bathroom huge good job when have granddaughter with you. The cleaners did a brilliant job 10/10 please say thank you to them. The restaurant attached to the hotel we had breakfast each morning lovely and filling well done evening meals at restaurant plenty of choice we had 5 different main courses over our stay all so tasty and well worth the little wait honestly can not say which was best. chefs and kitchen workers and all the waiters and waitresses you did a fantastic brilliant job. nearly forget to drinkers try the original lager you will love it xx and yes back home and have already encouraged friends to use The GWESTY LINKS HOTEL
