I'm off Monday and Tuesday and can't even go because it's closed..... Disappointed ! Specially now the weather is good....

Beautiful place for couples or families, food is exquisite. Highly recommended.

Lovely food, friendly staff, and fun boardgames to play with our four year old. Would really recommend!

Probably the GOAT of all dessert places. The location is perfect. A few minutes walk away from the beach, pier and cable cars. The interior of the parlour resembles Alice Through the Looking Glass, which is a brilliant idea. This then takes me to my experience. I was greeted by their lovely staff and took a seat in one of the booths. Each booth has a few games like Jenga and Up and Down so that you can play with your friends/family. Menu was very straightforward and offered many options: coffee, milkshakes, crepes, waffles, ice cream, sorbet etc.The prices are very reasonable. For 2 dessert items and milkshakes I spent £14.30. I ordered a crepe with a scoop of ice cream, 2 toppings and a choice of sauce, a bubble waffle with a scoop of ice cream, 2 toppings and a choice of sauce, as well as and oreo milkshake and a toffee apple pie milkshake (see attached).Tasted great. Very eco-friendly. Very respectful staff and a great experience with family!Would highly recommend and I cannot thank The Looking Glass and their staff enough for such a great experience.I've attached a few photos of the dessert and place.

Probably the best ice cream I've ever had! Tried the waffles with ice creams and they were delicious. They have a wide variety of ice creams and lots of toppings, you so get to choose every detail of your dessert. It's all themed around Alice so the decor is really nice. They also have entertaining options for kid such as big rolls of paper and crayons at all tables as well as a big black board with chalk. People are also friendly and helpful. Would love to go again.

The best ice-cream shop I have ever known. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. A huge choice of flavours to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely return. I would give 10 / 10 if I could, Brilliant.

Beautiful! Lovely place to sit!

Delicious bubble waffles! So much choice. Lots of different ice cream flavours and toppings. The staff really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome too. I would highly recommend and would absolutely return.

We got ice cream to takeaway - we nipped over after a meal to luckily grab some ice cream! It was absolutely delicious and worth it! I would definitely want to eat in next time though as the waffles and knickerbocker glory's smelt amazing!! Every day this week it has looked busy and that is a good sign, to grab the ice cream on the last night of our holiday was a blessing as i'd have regretted not visiting!! The lady who served us was super helpful and friendly and made sure we had a box/tray for our 7 ice cream tubs. We had a great selection of flavours and everyone loved it!!

Quite possibly the best ice cream in Wales!! Lovely place to be, friendly staff and an amazing variety of flavoured ice cream! Two very happy returning customers 🍧😋😊
