Very nice family run, lovely food.

On behalf of The Old White House, we serve food Friday 5 - 8.15 pm, Saturday 5 - 8.15 pm and Sunday 12 - 3.30 pm; these times can vary depending on how busy it is with service. Thursday’s we do bingo night starting from 7.30 pm.All staff are very polite to each customer that is welcomed into the pub, the manager/boss is always on site to make sure of this just incase a claim is made that can be made falsely towards staff.We treat each customer with respect as Conwy is a town with tourists and know 70/80% of them are from different countries, we also treat with equality and kindness.Thank you

A neat plain country pub with convenient parking and good traditional food. I was there over Sunday lunch and it was not busy. I had the beef pie which was very tasty and served with two(!) types of potatoes - pom anna style and roasted, as well as steamed vegetables.

Food absolutely gorgeous would highly recommend 👌 would have preferred it not to come with gravy already on prefer to put my own on but other than that was absolutely gorgeous 😍 😊

Can beat uncomplicated food really well served.

Following a personal recommendation, we booked here for Sunday lunch.The place itself looked lovely inside and out.Spotless and tastefully decorated. The food came out beautifully presented. Sadly, that’s where the positivity ends. All 9 plated meals were tepid and the lamb was tough and overly fatty (the beef, turkey and salmon were cooked fine however, despite not being hot).I mentioned to one of the staff, when she asked if everything was ok, about the temperature of the food and she offered to reheat it but I declined as didn’t want the lamb microwaved. The 3 people in our party who had the lamb had to leave the majority of it on their plates.When I asked for the bill, I discretely asked if we could discuss what we had already said, foolishly trusting that maybe a few drinks or the lamb meals at least would be taken off the bill. The response, however, was absolutely appalling! The member of staff was obstructive and raised her voice at me in front of other customers! She did offer to take 50% off one of the lamb meals which quite frankly I found insulting and just told her to get the bill and I would pay it.We couldn’t wait to get out of the place.. So, overall, the food was mediocre at best and the professionalism and customer service was awful at best.

This is place is absolutely brilliant! The customer service is excellent and the food is incredible! Very good value! We have been before the new owners took over and it has improved 100%! I would definitely recommend to go here if you want a good homecooked meal with big portions and delicious food. I would say the best place to eat in Conwy.

Very accommodating staff. 2 kids and a dog no problem at all. As for the food " amazing ". Couldn't recommend enough. All home cooked and it shows in the freshness.

Good beer in a friendly atmosphere, with staff and customers following the covid rules. I'm told the food's good too and looks it, but haven't tried it myself. Well worth a visit.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff , excellent beers, well worth a visit , dogs not allowed in the pub but welcome in the beer garden.
