Location is great easy to find a table can order on app. Lovely building. Menu missing a few items. And my daughters pizza and garlic bread were like soggy dough in the middle.. Other meals were average tbh..staff were very helpful but I'd rather pay a bit more and come away feeling a bit more like I'd had a decent meal. Worth it if on a, budget....

Drinks very reasonably priced. It's the old saying you get what you pay for. No the place is not plush by any means but it's affordable to all clean staff and helpful and friendly and there are disabled facilities on site and children are welcome too

A little disappointing on our evening meal, the food was overcooked and the steak was very fatty and grisly. Thought the breakfast we had the next day was fresher and cooked well, so overall was happy with the food. The staff we spoke to were all really friendly and helpful.

Typical Wetherspoons, cheap drinks and good value food. Difficult to get served at the bar when the staff are busy putting drinks together for people who use the app. Should be a dedicated team doing that and then people such as myself can get served the old school way.

You’ve probably discovered places where all the stars align and it warms your heart. Well this isn’t one of those places. It’s a pity because the building itself (which used to be a cinema and probably a theatre before that) still retains it’s charm and with the right development could be really nice. The food is your basic Wetherspoons food and the staff try their best. Unfortunately there’s nowhere near enough of them which leads to all sorts of problems.Nearly all empty tables are dirty and sticky and surrounded by bits of food and old menus. I’m not sure what the sticky stuff actually is but I’m sure you could paper walls with it. Trying to get served at the bar when it’s busy is dangerous and sometimes not possible without a weapon. And then there’s the clientele.I’ve never been in when there hasn’t been at least one obnoxious person or group. Yesterday a middle aged mum shouting down at her seven year old son from the balcony and using her middle finger as sign language. Maybe I’m getting snobby and intolerant but I think the place lacks any class and decorum and by comparison I’ve yet to see any of the old dears at M&S give anyone the bird. It’s also a bit dark, like the light bulbs have given up or can’t be bothered and the one well lit table (overlooking the coffee machine) always seems to have been bagged by a man that looks like a serial killer.Watch out for falling masonry, don’t trip on the stairs and bring a next of kin phone number with you. Good luck.

Unclean pub, went 2pm 20/12/21 not as if it was very busy numerous tables left with food on them - table nearest to us left loaded with rubbish while I had a couple of pints - other weatherspoons can serve in order and maintain a tidy house unfortunately this isn't one of them.

This whetherspoons is set inside a lovely old theatre. Just ordered some food through the app and arrived very quickly. No airs and graces just good pub food for a reasonable price.

By this point everyone knows a Spoon somewhere in England. It's a decent-enough pub that will serve you a honest meal at a price that won't make your eyes water. The Palladium is no different. It is located in a gorgeous building (used to be a theatre I believe) and has the usual interesting Spoons carpet.I visited in the summer and the only complaint I have is that many of the meals we looked at before-hand were not available once we sat down, so we had to look for something else.If you are in Llandudno, the Palladium is worth a visit if you need a friendly harbour from the throngs outside.

Probably the best Wetherspoons we have visited for the interior decoration and keeping the feel of the original theatre details and architecture.Sadly, some drinks were unavailable as were a number of meal options plus no food service after 21:00hrs due to staff shortages in the kitchen.Typical Wetherspoons fayre and prices that we find in most towns and cities.Worth going just for the venue!

Beautiful building ! That's the best thing about this wetherspoons. the staff were friendly but absolutely run off their feet. Didn't get chance to try the food as they stopped serving at eight ! The choice of ales was very limited but plenty of lagers and ciders. Still worth a visit to see the old theatre .
