The Rose Tor Hotel Dining & Carvery in Conwy

Quick and friendly check in, room spotlessly clean, comfy bed. We had to rebook this due to the recent storm, and they couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely full breakfast 😋.

Had a long weekend at the rose tor hotel, never stayed in a cleaner place. Buffet breakfast was spot on, Augustin and Dan was really polite and helpfull. Augustin was always cleaning and never stopped

Think we had the best room for the view!.. however it was up about four flights of stairs...so we worked off our delicious self serve breakfast... full English & lots of extras...Very clean & comfortable hotel with lovely efficient staff

Fabulous Hotel, I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Wales. Rooms were very clean & tidy, no issues whatsoever. Quiet location, just a short walk away from the Coast.. Food was Hot, fresh and plentiful.. Staff were very welcoming going above and beyond what is expected of the average hotel. One of the best in my opinion.

Good value for a short break. Great breakfast with good choice. Well stocked bar that is well priced. Bedroom was comfortable but could do with decorating. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Stayed here for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The Rose Tor is in a lovely old building and is in a fantastic location one street back from the sea front right near the pier , there is a nice bar inside with very good prices and a lovely little outdoor seating area. The rooms are clean and have everything you need but could do with some upgrading in particular the bathrooms which are looking a little tired . Breakfast was OK but is self service which is not a problem but we did have a couple of glitchs, on the first day was only warm ,the second day did wait some time before we were offered tea/coffee/toast and my husband had finished his breakfast before this arrived . The staff here are very good ,friendly ,hardworking and helpful with a special mention for Augustin ( sorry if this is not correct) who was a credit to the hotel. The parking can be an issue as this hotel is on a main street so you can only park for 1hr 30 mins but you can park in the surrounding streets all day and night. All in all we would stay here again if we return to Llandudno.

Stayed here for 1 night, should of been 3, as the bed was broken. It had a plank under matress. Toilet smelt of urine. Asked could we move rooms got told there wasn't any, so got told to have my money back and go home. Very rude of the manager Jane. Staff were slow but friendly. Ended up moving to another hotel, as they changed the bed and the underneath was disgusting, the whole room was filthy. When i checked into the room i found 2 pair of shoes. Handed them to the manager only to be told they were the persons that was in there befoe as they had moved room. Just goes to show how bad the room was. Also told by a member of staff that they always get complaints about that room. So anyone that books this hotel, refuse to go in room 16.

Lovely hotel. Bedrooms need some modernisation but extremely clean and comfortable. The bar and hotel entrance were renovated and well presented. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and fantastic buffet breakfast. Only downside was the noise from the bar opposite the hotel which was very loud and could be heard even with the windows closed and went on till late. Didn't ruin the holiday, although it was difficult to sleep, but the hotel was lovely and well worth the price. Close to the beach and lots restaurants/cafes.
