tasty food and helpful staff 🤩 I ordered cauliflower chicken wings instead of chicken chicken wings by mistake and they were kind enough to replace my order swiftly and even apologised for it!!!

My family and I received a warm welcome. The menu was impressive and there were some great deals on. We chose the two meals for £8.99+ and the kid's meal deal. The wait for food was reasonable and the meal sizes were generous (I had a kid's meal). Delicious food and great service. I couldn't fault it.

Nice food, pleasant staff, there was an acoustic guitar singer on when we were there. Decent prices. Situated in the heart of Colwyn Bay with good parking nearby.

LooksOk I guess ,but there is no way I would eat in an establishment that allows dogs on the premises, hence its only a 3 from me.REPLY TO OWNERIt wasn't a criticism, even as an animal lover myself its just my personal preference.Thanks for your reply

Absolute vile barmaidHad no clue what cognac was and looked at me jn disgust when I asked if they had any and actually said to me "I dno what your taking about"Foul interaction and customer service.And they did have cognac which she even named when I asked her what brandy they had so also stupid as well as rude and just a bad human being.

Fantastic!!! Large selection on a great menu, something for everyone. I was impressed with the the quality of the good also, better than what you often get in pubs. A decent variety of drinks available, great service with a smile, very comfortable ambiance, and all at a more than reasonable price. Highly recommended!!!

Lovely friendly staff with a really welcoming atmosphere, and it’s one of my favourite places to chill out, and even to write believe it or not! That’s not to say it isn’t lively - it is, especially on football match days! But it manages to to be both relaxing and full of life at the same time, and it’s family friendly too. The food is lovely, and I especially recommend the Southern Fried Chicken Goujons👌🏻🙂

The good thing was they allowed the dog. The pudding was good value. However my husband ordered the roast beef sunday lunch. It was awful. The roast beef was dried up and looked like it had been reheated several times in the microwave. It was tough as shoe leather. Very disappointed. Dont think we shall be returning.

Food and drinks lovely a fair price for everything.Staff went out of way to support us.But the company has a poor reservation service that nearly lost our customwe were a table of six drinking and eating and we were nearly kicked of our table and that would have meant us leaving.I hated making a fuss to keep us there.Good shift manager support

OMG the drinks are so cheap we could not believe it!!! Barmen are very friendly and plenty of free tables to choose from. All table are being cleaned all time. This pub gave us the best experience to our weekend stay in Wales. Very traditional too. Been twice and it was tops and so cheap..... Thank you lovely people!!!!
