Topolino's Town Pizzeria in Conwy

Average Pizza that was delivered over 3 hours late. Told it was ‘our fault’ because ‘Google Maps shows our address should actually be down the road’.Ordered via JustEat, quick & easy with delivery time of around an hour. Get a text saying driver is on the way. Nearly 2 hours in, we ask for an update. We were told the order wasn’t going to be fulfiled and no refund would be given. Just before hour 3, after requesting refund via JustEat, we are told they will not refund because they are delivering the food.30 minutes later, driver turns up and tells us our house ‘should be down the road’. Does it take over 2 hours to figure out that we are about 6 houses further up? We were told it was our fault, and the driver had the cheek to try and show us our ‘wrong address’ on his phone, despite Google Maps pinning the address exactly on top of our house.

Ordered 5 pizzas and garlic bread. All were delicious. Pizzas are similar to those we had in Naples = made the way Italians do. Also good to see them stretching the dough. Maybe a little too salty but we all loved them.

After all day walking around, we decided to find a local pizza shop for our evening meal. We were unfortunate to find this place. Guy appeared a little rude and insisted on cash only. Possibly for tax reasons. When we started eating the veggie pizza. There was literally no taste at all. Could of eaten cardboard and not know the difference.

Im not joking when I say it was the worst takeaway i've ever had. It was £35 to take three hours to come and was literal dogfood. The pizza was greasy and had gritty meat all over. The chips we had were green, under cooked and had a terrible flavour. Felt terrible for the next few days.

Rubbish!!Ordered 7.30, rang at 9.30 looking for order an apparently the driver doin his own thing an not comin back to collect orders. Owner says will deliver himself when driver comes back. 10.30 pm owner rings……..do u still want your order, eeerrrr no. Won’t be ordering from here again!!

Really nasty food and bad taste .Ordered for my kid ( almost 2 year old ) a bit of risotto with chicken and absolutely would not give him that after I have tasted it .Too bad as after a whole day of walking in Snowdonia we wanted a quick meal and “ we got one :))”On the other hand the delivery was really quick and the guy from the delivery very nice with a very good mood . 5* there.Thank you !

We have been ordered pizza and chicken grill. All tasty and good and we have got as extra free garlic pizza and free garlic sauce. Thanks a lot

We ordered from here last night around 8.45pm, and it was supposed to arrive between 9.50-10.10pm. At 10pm my order had been set as recieved, which it hadn't been, by this time I had also seen all the reviews on here and was already fearing the worst, but agreed with my partner we would atleast try the food before ordering elsewhere. So I called the restaurant and before I could even say anything the guy started talking about how they have no signal and just eat sets everything as recieved and that my food is on the way, when I hadn't even give him my name yet? When I did give him my name, and I quote this was his reply "OH NO, YOURS ISNT ON THE WAY YET, ITS GOING IN THE NEXT CAR WITH SOME OTHER ORDERS FOR THE AREA, DONT WORRY, RELAX, WE DIDNT EVEN START YOUR ORDER YET" ... Almost an hour and a half after I ordered and they hadn't even started it yet, so I made another order from Venue @ the clock house Indian (which was lovely and ready to collect in 20 mins)WOKE UP TO A MISSED CALLED FROM TOPOLINOS AT 12.20AM. 4 HOURS AFTER WE ORDERED!!!!

I'm not one to write bad reviews but we can't get over the fact that we spent £27 on this food. Visiting from Manchester we thought we'll order in as we were starving after a whole day of walking. Neither of us are picky eaters and I've never sent food back before but we just couldn't eat this.Penne arrabiata - weird tasting salami and chilli had an odd taste, it was all swimming in a tomatoey sauce full of random bits (garlic maybe?!).Lasagne - we ordered two. However we tried we couldn't find any pasta layers?! It literally tasted like we were eating a tonne of melted cheese with very little meat and mushrooms. It was all runny and mine was even burnt!! It was obviously cooked in the metal containers.I had spaghetti meatballs which I managed to eat from but pasta was overcooked, and sauce was tasteless and runny like you had to eat it with a spoon. We got a garlic bread as a gift which saved us from going out to find a local shop but that was obviously not home made.Delivery was okay and before expected time though. I've never felt so bad about food before in my life and threw a lot of money out of the window. 😞

We spotted this place passing by. If we’d the read reviews I’d have driven on by. 😞😞We ordered two pizzas - rancid! The meat tasted sour -very unpleasant. Clearly off!We’ve struggled through 2or 3 slices each picking off the meat as we’re starving! But I’m now sure we’re going to regret it! Expecting to be very ill.Please avoid at all costs! So so unpleasant !
