Towyn Pizza & Kebab House in Conwy

So after being late.. we found the pizza had been dropped the box was filthy underneath sauce pots both cracked open inside the box and the 2 cans were covered in mud and they put pineapple on a ‘ham pizza’?? Then got all defensive on the phone awful service never again an wouldn’t recommend

Great food. We ordered pizzas and kebabs and they delivered it straight to our motorhome at a nearby campsite which was brilliant. The food arrived hot and was brilliant quality. The lady that delivered it was very friendly and even let us know about things happening over the coming days if we wanted to order again. Great food and the kebabs were brilliant too. Will definitely be ordering again next time we are in the area.

So very disappointed ordered a lamb kebab at 9.00 o clock told to come down in 25 mins when i arrived I let them know and paid for it I thought ok it would maybe be another 10 mins then people were coming in placing orders and going i am still stood there and at 10 I ask if mine was ready no they hadn't even started cooking it REALLY 1 KEBAB NOT A BIG ORDER? I asked for my money back no apology disgraceful way to run a business

Fantastic food and they deliver as well ,had 2 larg meat fest pizzas 🍕 was unbelievable definitely use them again thank you

I got told 15 mins I waited 1hr & 15 mins was discussed with there service phoned manager and he put phone down on me offered me free bottle of fizzy drink will not be using this place again rather walk to a pizza shop an I will get pizza faster delivering it myself

Nice food, appeared clean. I did ask for a special burger which consists of donor meat and cheese on a burger but actually ended up with just a cheese burger. Hey ho, partner enjoyed her burger anyway. I asked for a chicken kebab which was proper tasty. My daughter had chicken nuggets which she really enjoyed. Will use again no doubt in the future.

I waited 2 and a half hours on a quiet day for it to arrive. I ordered a chicken kebab with full salad and all I got was a few pieces of chicken on disintegrated bread it was like eating someones leftovers, 3 mouthfuls and it was gone. I was looking for a local kebab shop I could use it won't be this one it's a disgrace !! Never again!

Own a caravan in Towyn and with many regular places closed for the season, thought we'd try here for a pizza. From the moment I arrived the staff were polite and helpful, got my pizza straight in, even checked with me that i was happy before they boxed it. Got it back to the van and really enjoyed it. So much so, the rest of the family who'd had something different all made comment that it looked lovely. No grease at all, tasty cheese and tomato. Will deffo make this our new regular. Happily recommend

Had a kebab was not greasy at all. Chilli sauce and salad were basic but I enjoyed it. Service was brilliant, really good definitely recommend.
