Beautiful fish and chips... a bit £££ but nice.

This place is great if you need a good hearty meal, but also if you want a lighter bite, they do a great 4oz fish and chips option at great value. The batter is crisp and the chips have bite, which is just what you want.Staff are lovely too.Definitely recommend.

Best chips in LlandudnoVery satisfied customers. The food was brill - chips cooked in beef dripping. Generous portions. Good distance away from seagulls at the front too.

King sized cod and chips a little on the expensive side. The Cod was excellent but we found the chips lacking in something that we couldn't quite put our finger on but had the feeling they had been cooked and kept warm rather than freshly fried. . Would still highly recommend this establishment but next time will go when it's a lot busier.

One of the best fish meals I've had for a long time. The batter was light and crisp, not stodgy. The fish, cod, was white, not grey like some I've had. The chips were golden brown, not burnt. Both had been cooked fresh and as I like my food, nice and hot. Recommended

We have been coming for over fifteen years and they are the most delicious Fish & Chips ever 😋The fish is beautiful with a lovely light batter, the chips are amazing with the correct amount of salt and vinegar. We love the boxes they serve them in as it keeps the food from going soggy and hot, especially as we walk them back to the west shore to eat on the beach.Their fish and chips are a triumph 😄👌✔✔

Very good Fish & Chips! They also serve Plaice which is personally my favorite type of Fish for this kind of meal, that was a nice surprise. The fish is cooked on point and the chips are crunchy, the cooks know their friers that’s for sure. The price is relatively ok considering the portions are huge. Ok and now the suggestions, since there’s a salad on the plate it would be nice if it was given a little attention, maybe some dressing? A little green looks great on a plate but it wouldn’t take too much effort to make that part shine a little brighter. Lastly, the amount of tartar sauce given with such a huge fish is simply quite sad. When I asked for more I was told I have to pay. This kind of attitude in restaurants I find rude and embarrassing. Come on guys! You’re not a budget airline. That’s not how you engage customers to want to come back. In the end the waiter did gift us some sachets which was nice. All in all this place knows how to fry a fish, it’s good quality and probably the best fish and chips I have eaten for a long while. Just don’t be so tight on the sauces ;)

Generous portions, nice dining area, non greasy fish and chips and tastes good. Great if you’re after a sit down fish and chip experience.

Amazing! Best fish and chips I've had in a long time! Lovely atmosphere inside the restaurant and hardly any wait to be seated or for food. Highly recommend.

The trouble with Tribells in my experience was due to overworked staff and poor quality food. Other reviews from the restaurant side looks really good but the takeaway was something else with a pasty (not chip shop) curry sauce that had a layer of oil on it and very thin batter on the fish. The chips were ok though... Judge for yourself ...
