Hadn't booked but we got a table for lunch. Both had the turkey toasted sandwich with potato salad and green salad. Perfectly toasted bread and lots of turkey , two portions each. We drank proper tea leaves tea. Really enjoyable. Has never let us down.

Amazing tea room in a historical building. Just by sitting in there you feel as you would travel back in time. 100% recommend visiting and trying their amazing food.

To be honest, we didn’t stop at the Tea Rooms but rather enjoyed the beauty of the building from a distance. We stopped off at this iconic location when touring North Wales back last year. The building is stunningly decorated by vines… they look incredible during the autumn months!

This place is beautiful and the food is amazing. Every time I’m staying in the area I always try and book it.Afternoon tea here is brilliant and for a reasonable price you can have a delicious selection of sandwiches, cakes, scones and bara brith. There are also hot sandwiches / toasties etc, but the Welsh Rarebit and the scones are the reasons for going! The staff are all amazingly friendly, the food is excellent and all home made, and the setting is amazing.

What a charming place to pop in for a coffee, or tea and creamed scones with jam on your travels in the lovely Trefriw area. This Tea room in this 15th cenury building by the old bridge, provides just that and very tasty at not a bad price.Sat outside in the sunshine, watching the world go by at a slow pace, with sounds of the flowing River Conwy and the veiw of the little Welsh town of Llanrwst.Which is just great.

Stopped here in autumn for a few photos. The ice cream is just amazing, felt like a tub on a cone.

Absolutely amazing afternoon tea. The quality and value for money is second to none, we travel regularly and also try to seek out the best afternoon tea places and this is up there with the best, and not only is the food amazing but the tea room and surrounding area is just stunning 100% recommend

Lovely looking tea rooms but there extortionate prices for what you get ,paid £17.30 for 2 pieces of bread with 3 little bits of thin ham spread out to cover the bread ,was told the bread was thick crusty bread but when it came it was very thin cut slices so disappointed, also in the price was slice of cake 1 scone with jam and spray can cream ,welsh cake,,thin slice bara brief & pot of tea for 1 . Bread wasn't fresh very dry ,drinks wasn't hot just warm ,so disappointed 😞 lovely area though .
