Zak's Kebabs in Conwy

Food was is always so fresh and hot, massive portions and really tasty and staff always lovely. Will always come here!!

This is the best kebab shop in llandudno hands down. I can only imagine that the people who wrote the bad reviews on here are fake profiles. I've never had a bad experience,and I've been going here for years.

Ordered my kebab, nice and speedy service apart from the smile( a bit creepy to me ) I sat down in the restaurant and It came to my attention that the same guy who just went to the toilet had touched the roll of donnar meat! I received my food and I sat back down and was asked why am I still here. Shortly after I was asked to leave as he wanted his break so he could eat his kebab, opened my large pepperoni pizza to find a piece missing with a note its place reading sorry.Kebab meat look like what my dog eats ( see below) I walked outside to see one of the workers eating my missing piece of pizza, his name tag read Zak.

Wait was 25mins and kebab was cold and over cooked. Salad was dry and not fresh. Service was bad man very rude and abrupt when I asked for tomatoes please .Go next door, cannot get any worse than Saks kebabs.

I asked for dubel meat for one kebab and they fuk ed US dubbel price for same size kebab we paid 16 fakin Marks for 2 kebaba and it was not even good just avoid this place

Went there while visiting and we got our little girl a small pizza.Had to go back next night for a large one as it was so good. He even gave my little girl a fruit shoot while we was waiting.Great food and great service

Absolutely terrible .Ordered 2 chicken kebabs ,both came with no salad ,even though I had asked for salad .The nan bread was burnt and uneatable .The chicken was just tasteless .These are new onwers and have hiked up all the prices ,this was classed as a medium kebab but was tiny .Most of both meals went in the bin .This is such a shame as the previous owners , provided excellent food and cheap .I have read a few reviews now about this takeaway and it seems like I am not the only one who has had issues .Just go else where ,do not waste your money .

I use to love this kebaby but since new owners have taken over its terrible. 3 times ive been over charged. The most recent was today. Will not be using again

Terrible food, chicken kebabs burnt and bread was hard and burnt. No salad, only realised when got home, would never go back. Went straight in the bin, my advice would be to avoid it.

4 of us ordered asked for a 1/4 pounder with lettuce onion and mayo it came plain nothing on it at all asked for a garlic bread no cheese as my gf doesn't like cheese and it came with cheese orderd another 1/4 pounder cheese burger with salad and tomato sauce no cheese on it and way too mutch tomato sauce, sisters brother had a donna kebab half of it was black burnt!!! Looked like it was chewed and spat back out again!!!! am a local and will be warning everyone in the future not to touch the place!!!!!!
