Beach Hut Cafe & Bar in Denbighshire

Unfortunately from the very beginning the experience was very dull!. From the lack of customer service skills of the staff to the very very bland and dry fish and chips. Our table wasn't cleaned properly, the waiters and staff were like zombies and the food had no flavour. I wouldn't recommend at all.

Have been in here several times but only for a coffee.I found the place clean and with pleasant seating and staff.The outside is also lovely, on a sunny day you could feel that you are sitting in the Mediterranean.Suitable for wheelchair users as it has easy access to tables, bar and toilets.I recommend.

Went yesterday with kids and in-laws, well priced (especially for a beach front restaurant) and the food was delicious, first time in a long time my 5 year old has eaten a full meal. He even sat still for the whole meal (genuine miracle). And again apologies to the ladies he decided to dance for on our arrival 🙈🙈

Very friendly place. Staff were polite and treated everyone with care. We only stopped for drinks, but the food we saw looked lovely. The guests of the 4 legged kind were looked after with pleasure also!

Nice place, the staff were cheerful and it was very friendly and organised. The food was hot and ready quick. Reasonable prices. Also dog friendly but place was very clean.

I would just like to commend Kieran on his service yesterday, what a star he his, jumped through hoops to make sure my 2 kids got ice cream and made us all feel very welcome 👍💯

Such a lovely friendly team. Great food. We needed a large order, for takeaway, including gluten free, and they were really friendly and helpful , and the food was lovely.

Been there this evening with my wife about 1630 had fish chips and mushy peas and gravy.Food arrived within 10mins it was delicious. Good portions for the money great service friendly staff lovely viewsCan't wait to return xxxccc

The expectations were set high from the inviting photograph of a juicy burger on the advert just outside the restaurant... and the price seemed to be justified if it were to live up to the expectations. But it didn’t! The burger I received was far from what was displayed, and actually worse than you’d expect from a cheap burger van, or the grubby fast food places next to the arcades in Rhyl. Only this cost considerably more, and was actually less palatable. At least the cheaper burgers would be a bit greasy and easier to swallow. This thing was dried up like it was cooked from frozen the night before and re-heated when ordered. The bun wasn’t even a brioche like in the photo... is it really that difficult to try and deliver as promised?Would I visit again? Maybe for an overpriced coffee to take on the beach.Would I order food there again? Not if you refunded me for the last bad burger and paid me to try another!Close this place down and make it into another arcade... at least then people can smile whilst they waste their money.
