Chilli Pink Express Takeaway in Denbighshire

Just went after work me and my mate ordered a mixed kebab meat and chips and I ordered a tikka masala while we was waiting for my curry the guy behind the counter took out the meat out the Bain Marie which wasn’t hot enough so god knows how long it’s been sat in there and then he then placed it into a take away container and microwaved it we spotted this so asked for fresh and he placed it back into the Bain Marie and tried to serve us the same meat that he microwaved so we cancelled our food and got a refund this is not a good way to maintain the safety of the customers as the food in the Bain Marie should be up to temp and kept for no longer than 2 hours so it’s obviously been sat there longer and the equipment is not keeping up to temp which it needs to get checked they can make someone very ill from reheating meats like this as meats should only be reheated once after being chilled and it has to be cooked to 75 degrees or above as it’s in the danger zone for bacteria to grow and you can imagine the amount of drunk peoples go go in there not realising what’s happening and even the people ordering through the apps and over the phone this needs to addressed as they obviously don’t know there basic food hygiene which is a major factor when working with food will be reporting to the environmental health officers as this is not on and they need to realise that they could make someone seriously ill

Great food guys working there are A1 Customer service , would recommend,chilli pink, I am told they are owners or partners of rhyl spice verry good.

Our 1st time ordering came exactly on time food was delicious. Restaurant quality definitely will be ordering again

£30 order had to wait 40 minutes for only one meal to be delivered, rang them up was spoken to rudly but they sent out the missing items to wait another 30 minutes to still have items missing. Ring them again to explain food was still missing but its too late at night for a replacement for them to shout and swear down the phone at me saying ibam wrong and not missing food! Will definitely not use them again and to top if off the food was cold and tasted horrible great way to was £30 haha.

Food was great, however missed to pieces from my order so I was pretty annoyed at that because I was starving by then. Might still order from here again to give them another a go.

I ordered food from here off food hub that never turned up then we called them 5 different times over 1 month to ask where my money was it wasn't till the 5th call that we said we was gonna seek legal advice that they refunded me 10 minutes later. In my opinion I would stay away from this take away unless you go and pay them in person!

Ordered 2 diet coke at 70p each to get Diet pepsi with 2 for a £1 on the tins asked for very little oil in curry was overflowing with oil and 2x boiled rice was missing. I wasn't updated on the just eat order when it was on way so they came 20 minutes before there time Rand the bell and won't my not well dad up. Not happy with the service spend just over £22 no sorry nothing.

Food is ok. But ordered 2 meals for a set time for them to be delivered half an hour early. Spoke to the driver and was told he could take them away but we would be waiting an extra 90 minutes past the time it was ordered. Not happy as spent money on 2 meals that will be cold by the time he gets home from work.

Just placed an order for delivery. Was happy arrived quickly. However I am unable to eat mine, asked for a margarita pizza, tastes full of onions and not right at all. My son's chicken burger was all dry and bread didn't look right. So all has been placed in the bin. Disappointing.
