Cinnamon Restaurant & Bistro Bar in Denbighshire

We had the set meal 1. The main dishes were very greasy and had a funny taste.We are curry lovers from Manchester but would not recommend this takeaway as it stands.Felt like cleaning should be made a priority. Staff working on the front then going back to the kitchen to prep. Only one chef wearing a white uniform whilst others wearing own clothes.Also a mother with a new born baby standing in the kitchen...

Nice takeaway curry. Took it down to the front and ate it by the sea. Lovely :-)

Not very good. And as others noted, expect to wait 20 minutes over what they tell you.

Ordered from cinnamon balti in llanfairfechan told it would be hour that was 7.25 now 930 rang up to find its still not been done sorry guys yet again another let down. If you can't keep up with the demand don't take the orders.

Terrible terrible customer service. They forgot to pack a meal and didn't offer a refund or anything for the inconvenience. We had to delay eating so we now have cold food and very unhappy customers. That along with the very long wait times (almost 2 hours) doesn't leave much to be desired. Try Penmaenmawr or Bangor, you'll probably be better off :)

Terrible! Forgot items from the meal, and then when we asked to be refunded for the missing meals, they refused.Instead we had to come pick it up and they did not apologise once for the mistake they had made.Food was mediocre

Their collection times are not very accurate, as other reviews state. It felt as though they only started cooking once I arrived.The food was okay. The pasanda and tikka massala were far sweeter than I'd have expected.We had limited options in the village, so had two takeaways from here

Generic old-school Indian takeaway. Very decent, with old-school prices to match. Also helps to have an able small group of people working there who know their craft. The vegetable jalfrezi and tarka dal were so good we went back for more the next day.

Consistently delicious! Some times the food is hotter (as in spicy-hot), than at other times (I'm a wimp, and prefer it when it's less hot 😄), but it is ALWAYS yummy. Friendly staff, deserves a good hygiene rating, delicious food. I would give 6 stars if I could! 😋😋😋.
