This place definitely has the human touch . A lovely old man came into Costa while I was there and he didn't have enough for his purchase so a lady customer stepped in to pay but the batista behind the counter was going to buy it for him..lovely staff lovely place . Darren and nieve were the staff on duty. Deserve a bonus both of them.

I went to costa today with my family and we got treated differently just because my family was wearing a scarf on their head the worked said there was a shortage in the shop I understand that but 5 people came after me and the got served which make no sense and I asked for the manger she just ignored me and walked off.I do not recommend this place for any women who’s wearing just a scarf stupid place to go to.

Customer service not great. Very slow service and decided to close early due to staff shortage. No apologies, actually quite rude about it!
