Country Cooks in Denbighshire

We have been waiting for food with small kids but the staff didn’t even bother to take order and as the number of people were more the head chef was rude and speaking in angry tone to us. I think we are the customers who are paying the bills and not other way round. The food is good no doubt about it but the rudeness and unprofessionalism from staff n chef is going to ruin the business.Just because you are busy and stressed out and can’t handle the customer numbers or pressure, you can’t treat us badly, I found the behaviour of the staff very appalling.

Best homemade pancakes ever. The views were beautiful too. We enjoyed chatting to their local taxi driver who was very proud to have his dad's name mentioned on the menu..Roly poly pudding .... sorry I cannot find his name as there are no online menus at the moment.

Seriously love this place. Dropped in for breakfast and coffee and left with sight seeing tips. Loads of different options and a nice environment.

What a find. We were looking for somewhere for breakfast and this was directly on our route. Pkenty of parking for our motorhome. Very warm and friendly patrons. Super quick service and we were struck but how spotlessly clean everything was. A real gem of a place.

Stopped for breakfast on our way to a big hike, lovely little restaurant, friendly owners, food was amazing and the views weren't bad either 😁

So glad we stopped for pancakes, service was quick, friendly and the food was lush. Proper bacon, maple syrup and Welsh pancakes. Cappuccino was nice too. There was a friendly vibe and the other customers were lovely too.

Lovely roadside cafe with a great view. No fuss tasty wholesome food at affordable prices and I love the Cat statue collection. Great service with a smile and a chat.

Great selection of hearty food. Really enjoyed the cooked breakfast. Reasonably priced and friendly service. Beautiful surroundings with a nice outdoor dining area.
