Dyserth Kebab & Fish Bar in Denbighshire

Popped in to grab some sausage and chips for a quick mid week tea, never seen anything like it, the sausage were burnt and just tasted of fat and the chips were like a grey colour, we just binned the lot, wouldn’t even give the sausage to the dogs, will never step foot in there again, shame because it was a fabulous chippie at one time ☹️

Great food but will order in the shop next time, language barrier confused phone order.

Absolutely disgusted with the service from this place. Never ordered from here before. Ordered 3 pizzas and cheesy chips at 6.45pm. Delivery estimate was 7.20 to 7.40pm. I had a text to say the order was on its way at 7.21pm. At 7.45pm my husband called the resturant to be told there was a machine not working. The estimated time the changed to 8.10pm. At 8.20 I tried to cancel the order through just Eat but according to the app it had been delivered! It had not. The delivery driver called me at 8.35 to ask where I was. I told him didn't want it now and he put the phone down on me I called the takeaway and the manager just said they had been busy and couldn't find my order. I told him I wanted a refund and he said just Eat would have to deal with it. Not happy and will never order from here. If I could leave a minus stars revise it would be minus 10!

Long waiting time despite being only one in the shop.Eventually it was explained that it was due to broken fryer. Would have been a less frustrating wait if we had been told this much earlier.

Ordered at 6 using the website, we rang after an hour only to be told that we only ordered half an hour ago, hour later still hasn't shown up so I phone only to find out they haven't got my order even tho the moneys been taken out of my bank, disgusting people used to be such a better takeaway you definitely won't be getting my custom again and you'll be hearing off my bank

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered 2 hours ago and nothing, I go to ring to ask and they tell me ‘listen here it’s going to be half hour!!!!’ Disgusting customer service! They then put the phone down on me and I had to phone back to tell them to forget my order I was not going spend my money with them!!!! Horrid

Just had a perfect Donner Kebab from here. Very impressed. Got served in a few minutes. Loads of meat, loads of salad and very tasty sauces. I'll definitely be back. Well done guys!

Ordered at 17 15 the order was out for delivery at 1750... at 1845 I recieved a stone cold order. The delivery lady simply said put it in the microwave .. I then phoned the restaurant they offered to resend but after waiting already 1 and a half hours I said no.. was then told don't order from them again..... I certainly won't be.

Nice food but have had to wait just over 2 hours for our food ☹️Which I wasn’t very happy about, had to ring after an hour and 20 mins to ask where it was then to be told they still waiting for the delivery man, then rang another hour after that to ask again where our food was as it had gone half 8 and my little brother has to go bed soon and he’s now not ate after order food at half 6! Such a shame as it’s really nice food! We won’t be ordering again due to we don’t wanna wait 2 hours ! For food!

Food was OK for what it was, delivery time was good as well, but not honoured the 20% off what is advertised on the website & leaflets, bit of a disgrace to be honest & plain bad business!Called to enquire about it, after I placed the order to be patronised with "check the online code darling" I was seriously not impressed at all.There was NO ONLINE code throughout the website for the discount code.
