Hei Hei Chinese in Denbighshire

Looks clean, customer friendly ordered food tonight 6pm 1/2 mile and two minutes drive home rice was cold chips like they were cooked dinner time shredded chicken was like rubber phoned back was told no refund as they had left the premises, DONOT USE THESE PEOPLE WE SHALL NOT.

Drove past this place on my visit to North Wales , from the outside of the the establishment you can already tell its awful food.

Ordered a couple times, really lovely people. Great tasting food, very fast in making the food. Would highly recommend.

Had sweet and sour chicken. Chicken was battered but batter was doughy and undercooked. Family of 6 all had different things and for the first time, no one ate it. Plates were all still full.

Food is ok , but left out chicken balls and only realised when I got home, so I payed a fiver for nothing. So remember to check your order before you leave the shop .

We only eat Chinese from Hei Hei, we've waited since lockdown for them to reopen and tonight was our lucky night, the food arrived quickly and was as delicious as usual, it was definitely worth the wait, we weren't disappointed, thank you for a lovely meal xx

Absolutely love this chippy, you will not find a better 1 anywhere, the sauces are simply delicious, just go on random days out to Rhyl just so we can go Hei Hei on the way home for chips, prawn crackers and tubs of gravy, curry & sweet n sour sauces, there other dishes are just sublime. 5 stars all day.

Disgusting food.Cold prawn toast.Chips look like they were cooked this afternoon.Meal cold.Apparently it is my fault for living where I do.Offered 10% off next order.Will not be ordering from then again.Customer service atrocious.Wait time for food even worse when it arrives inedible.Avoid this takeaway.

Went 2 days ago ordered vegetable chop suey when I opened the meal it was an unusual pink colour and tasted like some sort of tomato ketchup had been poured all over it.Also I ordered hot and sour soup which was neither hot or sour. Both meals were disgusting and went in the bin, I would not return or recommend.On a plus side the owners are lovely and very polite it's just a shame about the food

I honestly cant believe they have so many good reviews the woman behind the counter is so rude and short fused we have been here a couple of times and been treated badly. There was a little lad no older then 10 about 11pm serving us on a school night he looked so tired. The curry was powdery tasting and couldnt eat it and the veg spring rolls was cold inside. Most unfriendly chiese i have ever been to. Avoid
