Shocking place! Waited 110 mins for a delivery and when it came it was cold. Would NEVER use again!!!

Popped in whilst passing, staff were lovely and polite, waited for what we thought was a short time for fresh hot foodThe food was marvellous, very tasty kebabs. The salad was fresh and crispy.I would recommend popping in and collecting your food...Big thanks to the team, we definitely will make the effort to return next time we are in the mood for a kebab...👍👍👍👍

Everything I've had from here is fine, other than the Donner Meat, Tastes cheap, cut too thin, wouldn't get the Donner again but everything else was spot on so will give 5* however, I highly recommend you change the type of Donner you buy.

Tbh, I’d give no stars if it would let me. Food was stupid late ordered at 7.40 to be told at 10.40 they haven’t got my order because “the ticket didn’t come through” bare in mind they send you updates. Had an update that driver had left. 40 minutes later I rang up. Offered a bottle of Pepsi and a garlic bread to compensate. Was told food will be there in 20 minutes! Lied to on the phone as it was another half 45 minutes. I will never order from them again. Bloody rude! If I hadn’t have fallen asleep I’d have rang up sooner! Who the hell wants to eat food at after 11.30 at night when you’ve ordered just before 8! Fuming ain’t the word. Food came and didn’t even come hot! It went straight in the bin. Delivery driver was kind.

Cheap and tasty. Can't ask for anything else from a kabab house can you. Even the two girls cooking was nice and polite. I'd go again

ordered food at 10.00pm was told it would be there in an hour and we had to meet the driver at reception as were on ty mawr holiday park, phoned them at 11:15pm to be told they would be 20 mins still no sign of it phoned numerous times to finally be told they was waiting on a driver then called back at midnight to be told they wouldnt even give us discount if we got discount they wouldnt be sending food it finally arrived at 12:30am the order was wrong the pizza was burnt and chips were black as you can see from pictures we was missing 2x chips a can of coke and they sent a garlic bread we didnt order and we ordered a chicken burger with only mayo and lettuce abd theu put cucumber and onions on it too, wouldnt recommend this place and totally regret not reading all the bad reviews first stay clear of this place, only decent thing about the place is the delivery guy was quite polite

That was meant be chicken think it was cooked 3 weeks agoWon't even mention the diner meat or pizzaPlus order milkshake and coke got 2 cans of Dr pepper apparently it was all because just eat had our wrong contact detailsAvoid like the plagueAnd staff so arrogant it's unbelievable

Really wish I had read the endless bad reviews about ridiculous delivery times before placing my order! Estimated 10.05pm 10.25pm This time passed and the order was still showing as being prepared on the Just eat App! Tried to contact them by phone, No chance! Number busy every time! Finally got through. I was told ...I was not waiting an hour and a half? it was actually an hour and 10 minutes and still not sent, not even being made yet. I asked why you have delivery estimates for certain times but have no intension of delivering on time?The reply, you can come collect now or i can cancel your order, Its going to be another 20 minutes or so?Never again, No respect for customers.

Was on holiday nearby and by chance picked here and it was brilliant! Food was great, fast service and good price. Will definitely visit again when in the area.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!! Have given 1 star because there is no zero stars !!!!! Ordered one pizza and one chips and cheese at 8:30 ish pm there own tracker for your food and delivery said 9:37 pm , phoned them at 9:50 pm as to find out where food was because still said getting cooked on their food tracker, to be advised it would be there in 15 mins , i phoned again at 10:20 pm to be past to three different people , each with different estimates of where my order was , the last version was he is almost there , get off your phone cos he maybe trying to call you ( why he would want to do that is anyones guess ?) Anyway delivery turns up at 10:50 with a cold pizza ( 1 1/2 hrs ish ) later than the delivery time , delivery driver phoned the kamranz to explain pizza was cold and what could be done about it , he was told to tell me i would be given a discount next time i ordered food ( like thats going to ever happen ) which i declined he then passed his mobile phone to me and the bloke on the kamranz end said ive already took your card payment , so i told him i would claim it back as fraud through my bank account as i have paid for goods i have not recieved . His reply was "get on with it " . I have posted honest reviews on google ( please check ) from all over the world and NEVER and i mean NEVER EVER have i come accross customer service as low as this , this is the most horrendous fast food place ive ever seen in my entire life , even street food vendors in thailand and hongkong have more respect for there customers , if its ever a choice of walk for food or delivery by kamranz walk , i cannot honestly tell you what the cold pizza tasted like because it was taken away just like my money , but avoid avoid avoid , theres far to many takeaways to use than getting mugged off by this one .
