KFC in Denbighshire

Doesn’t matter if you eat in , take out or delivery , my order is always wrong, incomplete or cold. The staff are incapable of even taking orders let alone getting them correct. Customer service does exist as I’d get more sense talking to a brick wall while smashing my own head against it 🤷🏽‍♀️

Polite and professional staff make the experience of buying your chosen meal a pleasant one. I like KFC, always have, and if the service continues at the level it is now, I always will.

Worst KFC in North Wales!!!Honestly the food here is disgusting!They slowest service ever experienced waited over an hour in the "drive through" inshore wasn't even busy not excusable needs investigating from head office! The food wasn't even edible

Probably the last time I'll visit KFC the food quality has definitely dropped, they had no hot drinks again, and the only cold drinks were water or a fruit shoot because they had no lids for the cups. Service for food was not that great either and the toilets were filthy.

The food is usually good and I would of given 5 star but they missed an item of the order so I had to go back, they were very good about it gave me free stuff but the point was that I had to make a second trip as one of our family didn't have food and it is 3 mile away by car

saturday evening ordered in drive thru 6 separate meals . received only 70 % correct . 6 fries missing , spicey wings missing , 2 sides missing , popcorn chicken missing , is this a record of incompetence ? does anyone ever respond to these comments ?

Food was quick and tasty, staff were friendly, cleanest KFC I've been in for a while but tables still not wiped after previous users

To be fair the food is really good here. Always hot but this evening is the 4th time I have been short on meals with missing items. I have even asked is it all there and been promised it was only to get home 6 mile away and items missing. Very poor on that front. I will next time drive to Llandudno junction. As what I loose in the way of food it will pay for the fuel.

Went for a drive-through for the 1st time in a very long time. Was pleasantly surprised with the food, really hot. Staff very friendly and courteous. I've docked a star because they couldn't serve me coffee because they didn't have any milk on the premises.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to! It took just over 25 minutes from ordering to actually getting the food and what a disappointment. The chicken literally could be ANY cheap chicken breast from the supermarket! I'm not certain when it was cooked, but it had been in the warmer so long it was actually dry and like rubber and did NOT taste like KFC ! The 'fries' weren't any better, overcooked and not even been peeled properly. The Pepsi tasted 'watered down' and had very little fizz..... All in all a terrible waste of time and money. I do not recommend this place.
