KFC in Denbighshire

Ridiculously long wait in the drive through as only one member of staff taking orders, cash and serving. And for £7 I'd expect more than half of a 10p potato. Up your game guys!

Called for tea on way back from appointmentFood was all fresh and hot had the choice if we wanted ice in drinks or not. Also choice of dips etc.We sat in to eat was clean .Thank you to the lady that worked there brought my car keys back that I'd left on the counter very friendly staff 😀

Absolutely awful! Waited 40+ minutes for my food. The very few amount of staff there looked overworked and drained of their lives. Food was decent tho

No lids on drinks. Asked for Pepsi, got gravy. Huge straws, like drain pipes. Sat at the table inside, kfc worker shadowing us while we were eating, trying to give us free ice cream - if we logged on to website with our receipts...we were trying to eat so very bad timing. Leave us alone!! Gave us wrong drink, wrong sized meal and harassed us. Very bad place. I feel traumatised.

Our bargain bucket pieces where so overcooked it was barely edible. The chicken was incredibly dry. It was exchanged but again it wasn't good.

Got a take away meal. I thought there was an unwritten rule you get 1 drumstick and other bone in chicken are nicer cuts. Got two drumsticks in a meal costing £7. Cost cutting I guess. Who gets the nicer cuts of chicken? Do they only serve drumsticks now?

Awful, as usual! I havent been for a while so hoped it may have improved, but no!I'm disabled so would love to use the drive through but usually have to get out of the car to go in and pick up all the stuff that's been left out, which defeats the object. This week I ordered 10 piece bargain bucket with fries upgraded to large, a trilogy box meal, and two of the mini fillet boxes. The bargain bucket only had 9, and all the pieces were the small ones, rather than a mix, they no longer upgrade the fries to large apparently, and the trilogy box meal was just a burger and fries. And the 2 minifillet boxes were combined into 1 box. Oh, and coffee not available. I won't be going back.

Where do I start? 20+ minutes wait for food once we'd ordered at the 'quick order' screens. Receipt printer didn't work. No chicken pieces available. No regular Pepsi sold. Food was luke warm (even though we ate in). They got the order wrong. No table service. The place was filthy with rubbish and food over lots of tables. The rubbish was moved after 20 minutes, but the filthy tables weren't wiped down - overall a filthy place with long waits and I'd recommend you stay away if you want hot and fast food!!

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to! It took just over 25 minutes from ordering to actually getting the food and what a disappointment. The chicken literally could be ANY cheap chicken breast from the supermarket! I'm not certain when it was cooked, but it had been in the warmer so long it was actually dry and like rubber and did NOT taste like KFC ! The 'fries' weren't any better, overcooked and not even been peeled properly. The Pepsi tasted 'watered down' and had very little fizz..... All in all a terrible waste of time and money. I do not recommend this place.
