King Kebab in Denbighshire

First and Last review ever. Had to be done as the staff here need lessons in customer service. Called up to order where a women answered with an angry hello so I didn’t even know if I had the right place for start. She then continued to be difficult with everything we ordered, baring in mind we were ordering for children with autism that’s why some things were specific. She got very worked up and ended up hanging up the call before the order was finished. When the food finally arrived however long it took everything was wrong and drinks were missing. When I rang back up to let them know about the order being wrong and asked for drinks to be delivered I was told I was ‘lying and check the menu again’ to be then hung on again! Didn’t even bother trying to ring back and won’t be again! Awful service, Awful food and Staff have no respect for the profession they’re in. Sort it out

Can’t believe how much of a price increase! Over £4 for my regular order, food is lovely but won’t be paying that increase I’m sorry

Food is always nice , unfortunately you have to place you order 2 to 3 hours in advance shocking delivery service. I would understand if it was a Friday or Saturday but not in the week , This isn't our first time either so probably go elsewhere from now on.

Have ordered from here on many occasions and loved it but on this occasion the delivery took over 2 hrs

Despite the food being reasonably good... The service and communication is shocking....For the order to be substantially late, to then have a rude delivery driver just made the whole experience taste even worse....I would suggest ordering and collecting a chinese from St Asaph.... Less hassle, better taste and even better quality service.... No competition.....

Great food.The chicken shish was cooked well and there is a great range of sauces you can add.The doner and chips was also good.There is a large menu to choose from.The order and collect service on the website worked well and the order was ready within 20 minutes.This is a great takeaway, especially if you are looking for Halal food in the area.FYI There is no facility to eat-in.

My 2nd ever favourite kebab house. Absolute brilliant food, however the only issue is the time that they take to deliver instead of picking it up yourself.

3 stars is generous in my opinion.In terms of quality and taste its by far one of the best kebab houses around the Rhyl and Prestatyn area.However, I can not begin to explain how bad thedelivery service is. I was waiting over an hour and a half for just a pizza. This wasn't just a one of, its happened multiple times now.I have even tried collecting, and although it was quicker it was still an unacceptable amount of time to wait.Even though the food is good quality, I feel that the services just let the place down massively.

My chicken and lamb kebab was nice but was strange having it all separate. I like all of my food together, first time going here. I would go again but I'd ask for them to put it all on the nanny and also to have the sauce on the kebab, the sauce they gave me in pots were not enough to cover my meal.

Very nice people, i cant eat from many places but these guys are genuinely kind and clean. I think their kindness does reflect to the food they make.
