Absolutely shocking service on numerous occasions after trying to give them chances to see if they would improve they don't read the comment section on your order so food comes with items you didn't want delivery is always late and then cold upon arrival.

Absolutely banging chicken doner kebab, staff were sound as, and the shop was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend.

Best kebabs in rhyl by far ..unfortunately always comes late and cold so needs to be reheated ;(((

Collection ok but delivery abomanable. Orderd food for delivery, specified address and time. Food didn't turn up, rang Bodrum, they said it was for.collection (even though we specified.a delivery addres) Said they would deliver as someone in the background shouted"they had better not complain if its cold" No food arrived rang Bodrum who called driver who called me. He had gone to the wrong address. Finally got food 45 mins after original specified delivery time. Cold, Dry ,Tough. 3/4.went in the bin. Shocking service. No apology for there mistakes. Tried to blame it on us. Will not use again.

Absolutely banging chicken kebab. The meat was just quality generous I portion. I can happily say this is the best kebab I have ever had. To top it all of, delivery was rapid.

Come home expecting a delivery, son informed me that he was spoken rudely my the woman on the phone suggesting he did not know where he lived. Phoned to see what the problem was as we have ordered before, the woman oh your address is now showing. Asked for the order again asked for about salad and sauces, asked to beware as we want separate sauces. Started telling me you can't have separate salad, didn't listen had to interrupt and explain that, just wait whilst I ask what we want. She then said to one her colleagues on speaker phone I had an attitude! Asked for the manager, told not in, asked for her name, refused! Will not be ordering again which is a shame due to we have enjoyed in the past but there is no excuse rudeness!

Very good indeed. Halal place as well when we inquired. Food was made as per our request. Goos quick service. Very pleased.

Amazing! Food was hot like it should be. Chips were perfect & not greasy. The burger & Chips was a generous portion. Fast service unlike the other I visited yesterday. Menu has lots of choice. Friendly staff. I will go again. 5☆

Ordered a takeaway on saturday night, chips were soggy and cold and the burger definitely needed cooking a lot longer. Used to be a regular but after that experience i WON'T be ordering again.

There is a few places in the area but Icalled in here after seeing the reviews.I love my kebabs so i know what i expect.This place lives up to expectations from the feedback.Meat NOT greasy its perfect. With a nice salad.Chips were perfect too.Both generous size portions for the price.Anyone who is looking like i was, i can't see you being disappointed with food here, it was like my favourite kebab house at home. Almost identicalHope this makes up your mind5 stars from me *****
