Amazing vegan roast. Lovely evening out with my friends. Didn't get a picture of the food, so here is a happy dog instead.

Called in here for a late lunch. Staff were great, for was excellent and a really nice feel about the place. Would definitely go back next time we're in the area.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I've had nicer tapas but it wasn't bad, bit overcooked on couple dishes. Overall I would eat here again but off main menu

Lovely family run eatery. We ordered breakfasts and they were amazing, one of the bed we had. Coffee great too. Very reasonably priced. Definitely return.

Staff were super friendly and the food was delicious. It was really good value for money. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Llangollen or even if just passing through.

Food was undercooked and served cold.Never complained about food before but when I told the manager that all 4 of our meals were not acceptable he accused us of trying to get a free meal and asked us to leave immediately, despite having 2 young kids and a baby at the table.I asked the manager to calm down and give us some time to get our stuff together, to which he replied “you have 2 minutes to get off the premises.”Is this how you deal with customer complaints?Absolutely shocking management.

I’ve been to the Meating point many times over the next few years, and I usually do have a very pleasant experience. The staff are always brilliant, friendly, welcoming and honestly just very good at their job! Kudos to you guys!I have visited a couple of times more recently and I must comment on how dirty it was, I was really disappointed to be honest. I have very hairy dogs and I completely get that there will be dog hair etc, and that you cannot just hoover it up straight away, but the floor was just appalling it looked like it hadn’t been hoovered/cleaned in atleast 2 days.There were also just random things on the floor, like a glove, and the next day I think it was sunglasses or something? Again I’m not trying BFF to be super picky but it did put me off my food a little.My mother also went to the bathroom and commented on how dirty it was, so I really suggest you try and monitor hygiene and cleanliness more.Honestly that’s all, overall I really do like the place and will still be coming back, but I would just like staff to be more aware of how messy/dirty it can look and try to make sure the toilets are up to basic standards!Great food as always, welcoming and fair prices, just not the cleanest!

Excellent choice for vegetarian and vegan plus gluten free sausages and so many other dishes to cover everyone. Artisan look inside.will definitely go again. Very friendly.
