Would actually give this a 0 if that was an option.Walked in to be sat with paint splattered all over white table cloth. Then ordered cokes and the glasses were dirty with food on the side. I then asked whether they could check if the korma has nuts and they said okay and never came back to me.I then said we are just going to go elsewhere and not have any mains. An older man then came over and said “we don’t do that, you have to have a main” I then said I don’t feel comfortable eating here it’s completely unclean and discussed in the way we had been treated.The man was rude and even after I explained what was wrong he still did not accept responsibility. Awful customer service, unclean, unhygienic!!0 stars !!!

Called the restaurant to ask if they serve Halal meat and they said EVERYTHING is halal. Got to the restaurant and was about to order when another family over heard us ordering a meat dish and said there lamb and certain chicken items are not halal. We then confirmed this with the waiter and she confirmed it is not Halal and that they only sell "halal chicken breast". Then she came back and tried to convince us that there lamb is halal. The staff were confused themselves. Not professional at all

Absolutely amazing food here tonight. The manager was fantastic and advised us what to order for two young children.The food was stunning and very flavoursome. The managers was very accommodating and attentive and was brilliant my young son.Definitely worth a trip here if your this end of Prestatyn. Absolutely yummy!Also let my son take his left overs home with him for lunch tomorrow.

Delicious food, friendly and helpful staff. Very nice place,love the interiors. Highly recommend it to try for everyone while in Prestatyn or around the area. Also they have English food as well or steak and chips, chicken nuggets, omelets etc.. Four of us ate there peice is reasonable. Not very cheap but to treat yourself. Big portions of food. Their house wine rose is quiet nice as well woth the food😉

Just amazing, lovely food 🍲 polite helpful staff, amazing value fabulous atmosphere, I had been saying for quite a while I would eat here, I am so glad I finally did, I will defo be going again. We have even had amazing take out from here too. If your ever in North Wales Prestatyn I would highly recommend that you give them a try, you certainly won't be dissappointed.

Absolute w******. Booked a table for 20 on 19th March for 30th April. Arrived and were told that I hadn't booked a table. Showed them my phone records that I actual had. To prove I hadn't they showed me the diary with the bookings. My booking was about 4th down crossed out by them. They didn't think to tell me. There was absolutely no reason for the booking to be cancelled. Fortunately rozis were very accommodating and quickly set up two tables for us and made an extra £410.We didn't even get a proper apology. If they paid me to go I wouldn't set foot in there. The person at the bar was unhelpful, rude and arrogant.

On holiday in talacre, just fancied a curry so after a search on Google came across this place, can safely say this is by far the best curry we have had! It was absolutely delicious 😋 just wish we had found this earlier on on the holiday then we could of squeezed 2 visits in. Only thing I'm gutted about is that it's too far to travel from home!

First time at the Suhail....have to say some of the previous reviews nearly put me off...especially about service waiting times.....But we were all really impressed with the service..5*7 of us ordered different meals ....we all agreed the food was fresh and tasty ...No complaints whatsoever...Prices are at the top end for the usual Indian restaurant....Having said that I can highly recommend 5*

Well where do I start! Firstly, this place is very well laid out for the current pandemic and social distancing, staff are amazingly polite and friendly. Food is just amazing! They cater amazingly for allergies as my partner is Diary, Gluten and Nut intolerance. Nothing was too much trouble.From the starters to the mains, the food was consistent, amazing taste and full of flavour.The pricing is spot on, not too cheap and not too expensive, me and my partner both had starters and mains, a bottle of rosé wine, gin and whiskey and it came to less than £80!Would highly recommend this place to any locals or holiday makers!
