Food standard McDonald. Senior staff are friendly and helpful but they are in charge of people who are lost!!Also generally McDonalds maybe need to prioritize the customers in store over the Uber/just eat stuff.

Ordered pancakes WITH syrup and once again didn't get the syrup which I paid for. My sister ordered pancakes too and didn't get hers or a knife and fork like I did. This is the 3rd time I've ordered and not been given the syrup. You pay for syrup and dont get what you pay for. Other than that, foods really nice and coffees/hot coco are delicious

It was ok just no room upstairs or downstairs my only gripe was took them 3 attempts to my order correct and when it was had to ask for new fries as they were cold the original ones they gave me at start of order then second ones were only Luke warm so had to wait for fresh ones to be done so hot fries and warm only burger

It was insanely busy, we found a table then ordered at the machine and waited patiently for the food. I'm happy to report it was all piping hot and a pleasure to eat. Kudos to the staff for remaining calm under pressure.

Don't use McDonald's much and had not been in this one for years and wouldn't visit again.Only way to descibe my food is" it was like a tramps breakfast "Seen another comment on here saying the food tasted " weird" and yeah it did taste weird.Presentation was like it had been run over by a bus and then rummaged through by a homeless person .Avoid.

Ordered 2 kids meals and waited a good 20 mins for my order. They are more interested in getting the delivery meals out quick. Must be at least 20 people working in there and only one person doing the in store orders. He looked like he was rushed of his feet, while the rest were going at snails pace

Plenty of staff on, not very busy, but had wait 20 minutes or more for the order to be ready to collect. Was a similar experience the other day. I could probably pack the orders and hand them out quicker myself. Terrible maccies sort yourselves out. Drinks gone flat from waiting to long and them being sat on the side and hot drink was cold by time it arrived

had to mark 1 star to post but really no stars off me. my food delivery tonight was cold. mcflyrry melted had to put in freezer. I received a cola instead of a milkshake. when I phoned up they said sorry nothing we can do about it even when I pointed out milkshake is dearer than cola so that meant I was overcharged for what I received. Still the answer was nothing we can do.
